hello investor's,
Im working on this deal! need some idea's. found a house that needs a total rehab inside, wrote a letter to the owner's and they called me! yes!! then got a price for the House. they want $15,000 for it.all the sheetrock has been removed inside, so it's a blank canvest inside. the house has a big lot it sits on,and one House next to it-nice house! nothing has been done to it for 2 years! so I asked if they would owner fi the deal-they said they can't afford too.so im thinking I will offer a option on it. Any body have a better idea?

Has anyone bought a property from the web page that I sent you all ? And Why not?

Cashflow $450-$650 per month. Or flip and sell for $90,000 with 15 year note at 10% int. $500 per month cashflow. Help families get into homes for $500 per month and own them after 15 years.

i am new to this site and am interested in the site for the tax property and learning everything I can. Do you need a business license in order to buy the tax properties?

As for the property your looking to buy I would go to the city it resides in and see if there is any money for restoration of the property. If it has been vacant that long they may have a fund you could borrow from or get a grant. Worth a try.

no you do not need a bussiness lincense. Anyone can just walk off the street and do it. Its all about the money!lol! Its true!Buy properties for back taxes!

hey i have property in alabama i already own i just need money to renovate it so i can rent it out do u have any advice on lenders my credit is poor and i am currently unemployed o yeah how long do u have to pay another persons taxes before u can take over the property and does the property come with any liens that may be against it

Where at in Alabama?I might be willing to help you out on that ! I have plummers electricians and A/c people on stand by. Maybe we can work out a contract or something!!And its 3 years then you get a tax deed now no one can take the property from you . But you still have to go through the court system to take possession of the property!!Let me know if I can help! Good Luck!!
