does anyone know of investor group/relator in reading area all seem to be in philly or harriburg?

I am looking fore invertor in New Jesery Trenton, Princeton, and or the surrounding area

I'm up in the Lehigh Valley and wondering if there are any DG students in the area to share wisdom.

Forming a private group to flip with cash. Small fund. Purchasing at 20-30% out by 50% interested?
