Weekly Wisdom #230 - Rev Up Your 3 M’s

Your weekly wisdoms are awesome and keep me motivated which consequently keep my momentum going! We closed on a house earlier in the month and we are in the process of fixing and making it clean and white! Need to find buyers and speak with my coach.

That is so true regarding the 3Ms. Especially this past month in my life there have been alot of obstacles put in front of me and I was able to go around the obstacles and think outside the box for solution(s). I have been very fortunate from the R&D that I have done in my life to put the 3Ms in use in all situations and perservere no matter what. I am now able to say at this point in my life that I am grateful for all my life experiences no matter what they were because I would not be the person I am today with all the R & D. Thanks Dean and all the DG Family... : ---)))

Hi, I really appreciate what you do for us. I'm a new single dad and my baby is only 4 months and I'm really really scared. I'm a little lost at heart right now but trying to focus on real estate. Thanks again for trying to keep me on track. I can use all the help I can get.

Thanks for the reminders. The moral part seems fairly constant but the motivation & momentum can use some boosting! It IS tough to stay in a motivated mindset when super exhausted, ill and time has to be rescheduled. Only we can make these choices to succeed. I've allowed some setbacks time & health-wise lately. I will keep pushing until I hit my stride. Some days are harder to get things done than others, which is why I feel the momentum is SO helpful to stay on track. Forums & people of the same goal/mindset can really make the difference motivationally when you run amock. I have a mentor session coming in May & REALLY want to make some HUGE progress! I'll try to write more regularly. At the job I want to leave by 07/13/13 & must work for them now. Have a fab week all!

Hello Dean, I just want to thank you again for your weekly wisdom. I am struggling to get my first deal going and I live in California. But I have learned SO MUCH just by pushing and learning about the "unfair advantage" that we get by learning and practicing what you teach.

I must confess I had some really down times, thinking about what I'm doing wrong and making the wrong excuse that "Oh it's CA market, its tough." I've learned for real that no matter where and no matter what shape the market is in, we can make money in real estate.

Your words are helping. A lot.
More than you know.

Thanks Dean for keeping me motivated,I am your student IE and moving forward, today was my first meeting as REI in LI NY and I have my first membership in an association of RE investors, nice experience. Thanks again.

I want to thank you for pushing us to be successful, 2013 has to be my year, I have waited to do this; and although I haven't done my first deal, right now I am working on it, and will do my best to making this a reality.
