I entered Real Estate Investing Lots of Years ago under the guidance a few 'gurus' that have given me the base I work with that is:

Well, it depends on what ten years we're talking about. And, since I started learning in 1995, went full time in 2000 and ran the plan through to 2010, well, we know what happened. Almost got there though.

So, I learned a lot along the way, and, I do know as many others here do, now is the best time to incorporate Dean's strategies and go for it with the next ten years! Imagine no big bills, just pure income!
