I have bought and sold 2 homes started with one forjust over 100.000.00 bought my way up to one that was $250,000.00 Also acquired a Sea ray 270 Sport Cruiser that was over 100k newhad a corvett,BMW M3 And a 50K truck !
Then the unfortunate happened i had a full blown rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder after an accident at work that put me out of work for 6 months, i sold everything annd then still lost house#3 and went bankrupt a yer ago i live in an apartment now after a $500+ per week cut in pay.
I just make ends meet with little to spare i could use a new approach to get back what i lost and then some!!! I could use a way out and financial freedom again!!

I want to say I have been gone for a while due to my job in the military. I am glad to be back. You are a insperation to all and postive influnce just spreads like wild fire. YOu mentioned on the video about helping people find deals, well I am in an area of the U.S. were there is only one forclosure. I checked. The market is growing here right now so I think this is a chalenging area to find deals for someone who really has trouble not only getting financing but deal pricing. Would like to know what you recomend.

Hello to all, and I hope everyone is well. As I have been feverishly working on my Edge Program, I am not going to give up. People around here want to keep their distressed properties till their last stand. I have also called every bank in my area and I think I am on the "do not call list". My next plan is to find a lease purchace because I have tried most of the other plans. The only properties that are easy to go for here are the ones that are in really bad areas.
Wish me luck cause I am still hangin strong.

Southern Illinois and the St. Louis metro area are prime areas for real estate investment in this down market.
