hi Dean...looking forward to hearing more about the plans that your "brain trust" have in store for us...I live in Alabama and have been struggling to get started--maybe I should look to possibly looking for properties elsewhere?!! i don't get online as often as i should--hopefully that will change and I can really kick things up a notch or two over the next few weeks. take care and God Bless!

Hey whats up Dean. Now we talking man. I think the idea of you guys not only finding us properties but also funding our deals would be just out of this world. I dont think any of the other gurus could say they go that far for there students. Im definately one of those students that could take advantage of this type of help from you and your team. I will keep my eyes and ears open for this in the upcoming weeks. I almost feel bad because its like you are making it too easy for us. lol

The problem with this plan is you will be deluged with deals needing funding, probably hundreds, if not thousands. Because the PRIMARY problem with doing deals is lack of funding. Also, the areas you mentioned are mostly in the midwest and south where house prices are low, but will you fund in other areas? I doubt it. You will have a lot of disappointed people who won't get their deals funded. The idea sounds great in the video, but the reality is going to be a lot different.

PS This post will probably be deleted because it's not positive, but those are the facts.

now do you do you have to be a success academy student to get this deal, or by reading your book do i qualify as a student???

I'm so anxious to hear what new and exciting things you've come up with. I really want to excel in this, but fear is holding me back. There are so many inspiring stories on this website that make me feel like I can do this! Can't wait to hear more about it!

Dean you are so motivating and I thank you for this. I am trying to get started but seem to be moving too slow. I can't wait until it all comes together and takes off. I am trying to take it all in but get overwelmed at times. I live in Ohio and it is a very depressing area. There are plenty of homes forsale but seems to be no good deals. Anyway keep up the inspiration and keep me moving forward, even if I am moving too slow, I know one day my time will come.

Dean I would like to know if you read the topic I started on 10/22, was it a timely coincidence that I started a thread regarding DG FAMILY PML FUND.

You have created an amazing network here that just keeps getting better. You have provided all the knowledge and support anyone needs to get started in REI.And you and your seasoned students give more advice and guidance everyday.

With that in my opinion the next logical evolution would obviously be for the DG network to do some self funding. But I did not mean for you to open your check book,(as I think a lot of the new DGer's believe is what is going to be happening).

Well thank you again for another exciting video blog, we will have to see where we go from here.

Sounds great. I am just getting started in the Orlando/Clermont/Leesburg Florida areas. Got my team pretty well put together and starting to look at properties and make offers.

Just when I think I've made a mistake in joining your success academy, you come up with a way for me to succeed.
I have great credit and a little bit of capitol. I have great rehab skills and can do most, if not all improvements myself; but I can’t find a bank to loan me money for an investment property. It seems my being self employed is a risk for them; and my tax returns aren’t high enough to warrant an investment loan. In the past they would base my approval on the amount of money I deposit; but not anymore! This new strategy that you guys are working on and the private money lending is just the ticket I needed to get the ball rolling. I am very excited about hearing more and I am happy to say that once again I can see the light at the end of the real estate tunnel.
So thank you, thank you and thank you for giving me inspiration and hope.

I'm setting up my 2nd deal now & I need an investor to step in so I can put my buyer on a Lease To Own option & they'll be able to get financing within a year to buy it from the investor/you.

Still tying up my 1st deal.

what a great idea have. You ever looked at a small town like Moab Ut? Prices are still high but have come down some and there still out of my reach or I'm just not able to negotiate a good price cause I haven't aquired the money for a quick sell.
my day job,night job and weekend job keeps getting in the way.

Thank you so much for all that you do, I have read Dean's books, I have purchased the set for life system....and I just have not been able to get that first deal going.....

I am a single parent...my youngest is in college, and I am currently battling cancer, I recently got laid off, and am struggling looking for work, so you can see that I AM MORE THAN MOTIVATED! Fear is a great motivator...but honestly, I have been diligently working or I should say trying to work the system since I purchased the set for life system. Now, it is a matter of keeping a roof over my head....

Thanks for always coming up with ways to help your students. It is because of all your help and these posts, that I finally got brave enough to sign a contract last week. May not work for me, but have an exit clause and good equity, but all the support made me finally do it.
