I am so excited want to thank you Dean you always have our interest @ heart. As you know there is many, many real estate here in Orlando, FL - house @ prices you wont believe. I love your ideas and oh so perfect for everyone. I still have not done my first deal, still one more chapter to go then I will review and put things in order step by step to refresh all procedures and paper work. This to me will bring more confidence by having all my steps in order. My lease is up Jan.30,2011 and I must give notice by Dec.30,2010. I am looking for a house to lease purchase myself instead of apartments out here in Chandler, AZ The ones I am seeing are more than I can come up with at this time. I need to get my feet wet and turn some properties over for some money in my pocket here soon. Nothing like a little pressure. It seems as in the past the Lord likes to wait for the last minute to turn things around. I look at it this way, Great... I still have 2 months more to find something and maybe by that time the PML idea will be ready in my area...hummmmmm.... It could work!! A lot can happen in two months time.
I will look forward to hearing more.

Wow Dean. This is great man. Sometimes I don't know what direction going, but you always have a helping hand.

It sure sounds like a great opportunity, I live in a little area called Gig Harbor about 50 miles south of Seattle, and just accross the Narrows Bridge from Tacoma. There seems to be some great deals in this area, in fact there is a house just down the street from me that the CAV is about 1.4million and i am putting an offer in for about half of that because it is scheluded to go to auction on the 17th of Dec. I am a student in Dean's Academy and I if I can get the funding to start profiting would be great. I need this funding asap. The funding is the hard part and finding buyers. I am not getting a lot of luck with that...Any help Dean will be greatly appreciated.
I am bird dog right now but I am trying to find investors that can turn deals around very quickly.
I take pic, find owners name, phone. The properties I find are in good areas in California. The homes are in the Antelope Valley in California.(Palmdale, Lancaster)

Absolutely fantastic!! Dean as this year has been a real struggle for me financially. It always seems that you are always trying to get money into our pocket and you don't ever stop. You are truly a godsend and much appreciated.

dean any funding help would be great. i lost out on a possible 80k profit this weekend on a deal beacause my hard money lender couldnt get the job done.i met bill orafferty after viewing the edge event on dvd and sent him the deal to partner with and got no responce. very discourgaged at this point but will keep moving forward. look forward to any help in the area of funding. its my biggest hurdle at this time. keep up the good work. a loyal sfl member, scott

Wow! Dean, it's amazing how you're always offering us new ways to keep on going. I would love to be able to be a part of it! I'm from Houston, TX. Houston is so big that I don't even know which area is a good area to look into. Because bigger doesn't mean better for my real estate investment needs.

Your 2 day seminar in Arizona sounds great but I am having difficulties finding suitable properties in Naples, Florida where prices are still high in comparison with other regions in the USA.

I am very excited to follow what happens for your students in that area. I am in Northern California.
I too am hitting the end of my available funds. My checking account is in serious trouble. I had to cancel setting up The Tax Club with my marketing and credit coaches which I so desperately need to operate my business because of a lack of money. I can't afford to pay the credit card charges. It made me sick to have to cancel the Small-Biz Credit and all of the tools you have helped make available to us. My husband is not supportive in any way. I will still be fighting to stay focused on the Set For Life program. I haven't given up. It will be a struggle. But I am here to stay. I will make my business a success with your help.
