I need to begin again and do this so I am asking what shouild I do first read youir book agin and get excited or justgo oiut there and find some houses and then learn how to make it happen?

I am recently new with your program, I have owned over 39 properties in the state of Colorado and I used no money down strategies. I have recently moved to the state of Florida and I am trying to capture a hundred properties in 18 months.I was well on my way in Colorado and I would like to achieve this in Florida if you feel it's possible. Hi Dean,

I listened to your blog and read the comments of the DG family. I was quite impressed. The two comments that touched me the most were one from investorinmissouri, who quoted the book "Start Late Finish Rich Too" and Mr. Fyde, who mentioned the hand-to-mouth technique. Some people say "You're too old, why start now?" They try to discourage people from making it big for themselves, and it is always those who have no ambition, or own nothing that always say these things. There is no need for us to believe them. I am happy when I hear you encourage us and tell us to believe in ourselves; even if others don't. Yes, it is hard to give sometimes, especially when you go from hand to mouth. However, I have learned from a very prominent preacher also in Arizona, that if you give, even all what you have left, be it $5 or $2 or $20, then it comes back tenfold. That actually happened to me one time. I gave all what I had, did not even take into account the debts I had to pay, and it came back to me $4,000 fold! Dean, I admire a lot of things about you, but the one I admire the most is that you never forget the way you started. What I mean is that when I see and feel how you want to help people achieve, I know you are a caring person, because there are some rich guys out there who never give, never encourage others, etc.. You are not like that, no matter how much you have. Now, that is a blessing. You are a blessing to all of us. You don't have to dwell on the past, and you absolutely do not, but it is good to remind people that just because they may not have much today, does not mean that they cannot achieve much in the future. The fact that you learn from your students and you ask people's opinion about you, and all of that, speaks volumes. I would love to be around people as positive as you are. It may be possible sooner than we think! I, too, will write down the 101 goals in 20 minutes. Who knows, it may happen sooner! Best of everything to the entire DG family.

I don't think my brain can think that fast...or is it my vision is not vast enough for 101 things in 19 minutes? I have just decided to stop letting negative things get in my way. When a negative thought comes to mind or I start over thinking and doubting if something will work...I immediately ask myself "Is this possible?" and the answer always comes back YES!!!

Great Blog! I had some thought provoking ideas pop in my head from your conversation. I haven't even thought about what I might want to have or to do in a long time.

I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW MUCH I HAVE SHUT DOWN!

I have been stuck in my current financial situation long enough that I closed what I used to call my "Dream Window", where I would stand at it and gaze out and see the things I love, people, places or things. Thank you so much...I just opened my "Dream Window" and felt a fresh breeze brush past me and felt a warm glow as my eyes gazed upon these once special dreams.
