Hello Fellow DG and Visiting Investors!

I am married and we live in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
I grew up in Montgomery County in Maryland and am very familiar to these areas, especially Montgomery County Maryland which is part of the Metropolitan DC/MD/VA area.

I have had an entrepreneurial spirit since I was young.
In addition, my dad was a real estate agent for years.
I think real estate is in my genes.

However, I feel I have an advantage, in that I can see the wisdom of using real estate INVESTING as a TOOL to earn income, instead of burning myself out working as a real estate agent.

I want to find Great Deals in Single Family Homes
for Cash Investors.

As you can see from my occupation listed, the work we do is completely voluntary, so my goal is to be able to help my family so that we can support ourselves financially to engage in THE most important work being done on the face of the earth today--
the worldwide volunteer work we do as Jehovah's Witnesses.

Dean, I can truly relate to the awesome feeling one gets by helping change people's lives FOREVER by sharing important knowledge with them and helping them to take action!

When I think about the work I do, I think of it as a rescue work.

Most of us know how bad the world is,
but most people do not know there IS a permanent solution to ALL of the problems today, WHAT that solution is and what is SOON about to take place on the world scene!!

I am looking forward to getting to know different ones on the site.

I would like to start out as a property locator and work from there. I am lookind to partner with serious investors.
I travel 13 counties in north east Pa including the Pocono Mountain Area working as a Realtor and property inspector. I am very knowledgeable in research and can find deals. Hi Ashley2011 and DebraL1,

I too am interested in BEING a BIRD DOG.
I am not looking for a Bird Dog, however, I am
the one who set up one of the REI groups which
helps to match Bird Dogs and Investors.

Go to "Top Users" on the left hand side of the website and click on Top Users. The Top Users--especially those who are part of the DG Admin as well as the site itself can help you with many questions.
