Hey Dean! this is a great way for the DG Family to show our support and concern for those who've been affected by this disaster. We've been helping through our Church and organization and are glad to see so many other avenues of relief streaming in. No matter the amount, God can and will multiply it to meet the need!

Sorry to hear about the people of Joplin and what they are going through. I am usually in a position to help people. Right now, I am fresh out. Some day, hopefully sooner rather than later, I will be able to help the way I used to. I am happy that the DG family is helping. That is so great. In spite of your extremely busy schedule, you find and make the time to help those who are suffering. Thank you for making a contribution on my behalf.

Things do happen sometimes and we have to live with, and deal with it somehow; find coping mechanisms. I will do what I can for the people of Joplin; that is, I will pray for them every day for peace of mind and so that they can move on. I know they have to grieve a bit. I hope they can move on, knowing that those who died, have no more pain; they have moved on to another world.

Well, you did warn Matt Lawson that the video would cost him. I'm sure he was not surprised to learn that. He, too, is a very giving guy. Before you were through asking him to give, he said "no problem".That is commendable. I like to see people giving to those less fortunate. That's what the entire human race should be doing. I'm happy, though, that we are doing our part.

I read the comments. Well, so many people love you and Matt, and love being a part of the DG family. I'd like to finish the phrase that Steinway024 wrote. Don't quote me on that; these may not be the exact words, but "... you do the same to me".

About the Rolex - I am sure that when Matt was working as a Machinist, he never thought he could buy a Rolex. Since he is helping people in need, he should feel good wearing the Rolex. It is bought from his hard-earned cash. Good for him! I didn't notice the Rolex before. I will watch the video again, to see it.

I did not realize the "like" button is on Face book. I hope that all those who can give will take example from you and Matt and start giving. It is such a good feeling to give. That's why it is better to give than to receive.

We have some friends who have relatives in that area and I know whatever help we can offer is greatly needed.

What you are doing is a great idea. I have been inquiring about how to help take what ever is needed up there. We have the truck and trailer to haul, but fuel is so high and our work has slowed down because it has not been raining. We are in the wood business, the mills are so full they are not taking anymore product.But I am willing to do whatever I can to help.
