Dean, I really needed to hear this. Right now I am very motivated because I'm almost into foreclosure. I've been looking for employment for almost a year. I have been trying to find a real estate agent to pull 30-50 listings of as-is, vacant, and so forth properties so that I can do the 25:1 strategy. They tell me it won't work in my area (Maryland), it's illegal, etc. I am motivated to move forward with my real estate investing in spite of the nay sayers.
