Thanks Dean for your motivation. Right now my husband and I are working on the buyers and sellers lists so we can match them up and do deals. In this process we have found that buying, fixing up, renting out and then selling or selling asap, is what excites us the most. Whether to rent out before selling would depend on the particulars of the marketand our financial situation. Now we want to do whatever will make our first transaction go through with a win-win situation.

I have been put into the situation that I am responsible for an adult child and my grandson. I want to create something that my daughter can do and still be available for her son. She receives no support from the father and this would be income for them for the future.
