Quick Cash, Cashing Out and Cash Flow
I'm for quick cash, cashing out and cash flow. Its been very difficult here in "bama" doing anything to be honest. People have poor credit, difficult cashing out of property I've owner financed, getting people refinanced, etc. I have bought and held property and flipped property. I've had maybe 3 good deals in the last 3 years.

I like all of the possibilities, but being unemployed I need to turn dollars over as fast as I think I can and for me that is the wholesale process. Buy cheap sale with profit in this roller coster market.
