Right now I'm interested in wholesaling because of time factor.

Wholesaling to start then on to others as I learn. I have been selling vacant land only on major websites the past few years. God bless!

I am not able to buy and hold due too zero cash on hand. I would rather buy real low and sell to other investors or handyman.

I am looking for opportunities to joint venture with investors and with the joint venture I am also looking for long term rental properties.

As I am a newbie, I want to focus first into wholesaling, and overtime with cash and credit buy Cheap, Rehab,and Flipping.

I am exited in this new adventure and I am going to enjoy it to the fullest.

I would like to buy wholesale ( cheap ), fix and rent. Expand later.

For right now I'm mainly interested in buying and holding for some positive cash flow. I guess this is because I know absolutely nothing of wholesaling. Reading thru the posts here it sounds like wholesaling would be good for some quick cash. So now I'm sitting here scratching my head and thinking....hmmm...wholesaling huh?

I like the idea of wholesaling, very little cash to stick in property and no real desire to hold on to property very long.

Still a new student. Strongest interest is in lease options to help the high number of foreclosed parties and "save" the neighborhoods that are declining in value and consequently increasing in crime. Having had to short sale my own dream I know what it feels like. Am targeting areas with good infrastructure that are ripe for rebirth. Cash and credit both issues. Lost job, blah, blah.....but you and the teams are inspirational and really helping with reinvention!!! Thanks!! V
