My answer would have to be WHOLESALE now.

It used to be retail, meaning I was investing-rehabbing-reselling for profit, but , I lost the shirt off my back.. (long story).....my investment, savings, credit, etc.....still tyring to tread water and do damage control. I dont have the holding power for renting....

Wholesale would be the answer at this time.

My wife and I Just started absorbing our insiders edge home course, not quite finished. It would be hard to pick one at this point, from what we see, we would like to become efficent at all your startegies. Although its early in our process, at this point I think its safe to say we would like to move as fast as possible. So what ever strategy we can use to make that happen is our choice. Can't wait to see what is on the horizon.
