First, i just want to wish you a Happy New Years, Dean! Many, many thanks to you and your staff for all you do. You've changed my life in too many ways to mention!
This year I had already begun making a vision board for 2012. As a visual learner and not having memory for anything this is my best bet for reminder of my goals. Attaching emotions to this was not something I had thought of and will definately do. This will definately solidify my vision. My friend had sent me this website to help. Hope it helps someone else

Thank you for keeping in touch with us even during the Holidays. I have a park down the street from me and I am going to go there latter today to work on the homework you just gave us. You are always so encouraging, thank you.

Every December 31st I always go to church for a new years eve program, I was really sad this year as I was flat on my back and could not move from 12/31/11 until today 1/2/12 because of some of the heavy work I have been doing in helping to rehab my fathers building so I can get your books and try to get into your academy. However I don't think I will make enough as the rehabbing is over any day. I am still trying to find a way to get into your academy.

I am so grateful that you don't give up on us as I was in so much pain I could not get to my computer until today.

Even though this year started off with being flat on my back, I am looking forward to crushing 2012 wirh your help.

Real Estate was something that i was always intriqued about but i had no idea how to get involved. I'm in the middle of "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" after reading "Be A Real Esate Millionaire". Your books are LIFE CHANGING, because it gave me hope once again that I can achieve a better life at a time when I was not so sure. Just the fact that it made me think differently about life in general. I'm feeling more and more confident about my ability to be successful in real estate. THANK YOU DEAN!

So many of the most influential businessmen of our time have contributed their success and transformation of their mind to it. It's a must read for those of you who have not read it. I completely agree with your blog. You have to be able to create something first in your mind or it will never happen.

Just want to say that i truly believe that out of all the real estate investors/teachers Dean is the most sincere, honest and caring and this year i'm jumping on board with Dean....2012 will be my breakout year and i believe Dean will be my catapault.

Well I have been out of the picture for a while and now it is time (or the year) to get back into the game. I feel I need to stay focused on my goals this year (physical, emotional, financial, etc.) and become more rounded in my life. I need to review some of my classes and start working every night on my RE goals. I will be checking passed blogs and getting fired up to move forward. Unfortunately, I feel I have been missing a lot of information so to start I have to get back up to speed. So I would like to say to the DG Family....Happy New Year and I hope everyone has a great year. Thanks Dean for all you do to help those of us who have fallen off the wagon for a while and continue to work on getting us back on.

Happy New Year to you and the Dean family. Dean, first, I want to say I hated that I missed your Christmas gift. I had start puting things together for it and then got side track. Dean, last year I did not make any money at all and was so discouraged. But, 2012 will be better than last year. I will commit at least an hour each day working on something for realestate. Thanks for the motivation, and from a year now, I will be healthy, debt free, and I will also make a difference in people lives. Another goal, is to be able to purchased a home for my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.

Yes, I participated in Megan's project of creating a meaningful Christmas gift for you. You asked how we will end our 2012. The past two years had been full of challenges but my family and I survived and still celebrated Christmas and New Year with grateful hearts. Even if, right after Thanksgiving Day, my husband was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Therefore, as we start our new year, this is one big challenge we both have to face. How will our year 2012 end? I wish and pray that it will end with remission.

God is awesome, that I know. He is slowly preparing me/us for the challenges and trials of this new year. Dean, thank you for constantly reaching out to us, your faithful followers.

I know I would have given up and thrown in the towel on my dreams if it wasn't for your videos and the uplifting encouragement you give us.
When I feel myself settling down on the bottom of the well, it seems like somehow you know the despair I am feeling. You are so positive and make me want to swim back up to the top for air even though I have grown weary and tired. You make me want to keep going. You make me feel like I can grab hold of my dreams.

I am going to complete this exercise and write down how I feel when I succeed.
