This is my first post, I have been registered with the DG website for about 6 weeks now. I have read Be A Real Estate Millionaire and Profit From Real Estate Right Now. I have learned sooooooo much from these two books and any questions I have had have been answered with simple searches on this site. I will be working with Deans team soon. Dean, you are exquisite and awesome, as well as everyone else on this site that has helped each other out. I usually can only read from a computer for about 45 min without getting bored or sidetracked. The other night I hopped on the DG site and was researching and reading for about 4 1/2 hours until I almost passed out tired, lol. Anyways I just want to say thank you to Dean and everyone on here that has given me hope, drive, and a profound enlightenment of how I want, need, and must change my life through Real Estate! Thank you!!!

Dean....have had a Dorothy experience since buying your oringnal book, then getting into Real Estate Academy, then getting second book:
Got hit with the house and "I don't think we're
in Kansas any more Toto"!!!

Been going through chemo and other treatements
from breast cancer surgery, had problems accessing Real Estate Academy, found (then lost
REI in my area - no longer listed in the web site
I found), and on and on.

I will be successful and have at least one deal
in the works within the next thirty days because
"with God all things are possible", and when you
get resistance as hard as I have,,,,,,you KNOW
you are on the right path.

Still looking for buyers,real estate agent,real estate
attorney and all the help I can get to get me going.

Friend has house on market through an agent on Short
Sale.....have been in foreclosure at least 4 months
now....had people go through,no bites...great location
in really good condition........
boyfriend's father has prime piece of property...house
burned down,kept it thought would resell, not going to
happen.......see many other opportunities.........

Thanks Dean for your continued words of encouragment and latest info to help us succeed out there. I Have brought a few properties in upstate ny with some of my equity from my own two family home and some credit card lines. It has worked out well but have yet to complete a deal with no money down, and the money i had has run out. I feel a little stuck but i am highly motivated and excited to continue to invest in real estate and finally leave my job!! Thanks for keep me on track with your emails and blogs!

I want to thank you for changing my mind-set from employee oriented to business owner. You are a God send! I am anxious to get started. I need your advise. I have been out of work for 8 months, living off of my savings, and with no income. I squeeze my few remaining nickels so hard I have to use toilet paper to wipe them. I loved your blog. I look forward to them every week. I am a newbe, just got he books a month ago and this is the frist time I have posted a comment. I have been inspired by everyone else that has posted thing and I am very greatfull to you all. I live in Northern California and there is a lot of forclosures up this way. I am sure that I can make some killer deals. I just need to get some buyer intereated and I know that I can make lots of deals. I hope that I will be one of those people that you use on your future blogs. I have no money so I figure I will have to do alot of bird doging to get some money together so that I can make my dreams come true. And Dean just think of the great storys that I can tell. Hi Everyone and Hello Dean,

Shortly before purchasing Dean's book my husband and I started shopping for our first home to purchase as our primary residence. We got involved with a short sale and due to the whole process being stressful, I have had little time to dig into Dean's book and get involved.

I so wanted to purchase The Edge but every penny I had in the bank was going towards my downpayment and closing costs.

THE GOOOD NEWS: We closed yesterday and we have $17K instant equity in our home. We have a 5 year plan to remain in the home and then sell.

I love the forum and am looking forward to finishing the book and becoming active in the market and forum.

Dean, I ordered one of your books a year ago, but never really read it all the way through. Recently I lost my job and was wondering what I was going to do to keep my family living in our home and in the area we live in.

That's when I turned back to your book and this site. I have been reading the book again and look forward to making a deal in the near future. I have also called the Academy and I'm trying to figure out how I can make that work too.

I want to be successful at this and never have to worry about losing my job again.

P.S. I did get a new job, but I look at that as a temporary step in my financial career now. Real Estate is where I will find my security.

Have interviewed 3 realtors and haven't found the right one yet. But I want to make sure we are on the same page out of the gate that we will be making a lot of offers at 50% off!

I think the 25:1 ratio is a great strategy but more of a go-getter realtor than I have met so far.

In reading many of the posts to your video blog what subject that I don't see that could be a great subject to talk about is probate properties. The demand for people who understand how to invest in this type of investment will only grow. I was quite impressed with the infomation related to probate you sent out in the run up to the blitz (lighting) sales campaign you have just recently completed. The idea of being months ahead of other potential investors was astounding to me.

I want to say I feel you are definitely on the right track as a teacher and mentor to thousands of people you personally don't know. A self help tape series I am listening to now says "always seek out people who have real world experience in the area of knowledge you want to know better." I feel you have that knowledge especially with working with probate real estate. I would ask that you consider sending me the extra copy of the Edge program from your desk. I will pledge to you that if I get it I will return the favor down the line to someone else in need of help.

Hey Dean,

I read both of your books, and have seen many of your videos. Call me an average New Yorker, but I'm still sceptical as hell. The Long Island NY market is still insanely over-priced, and tough to crack. Especially for someone like me who has less than crappy credit, bill collectors breathing down my neck almost every hour, and zero savings. How can someone like me get started?? Before you begin, just to let you know, I have no relatives, my friends are all broke like me, banks laugh at me BEFORE I walk through the door, I've tried and failed at several MLM's.......the list goes on. I have tried this game before (before the bubble burst, and literally months before it did, with the Carlton Sheets program) and failed miserably. I couldn't find deals, and no one would even look at me cross eyed as far as financing......

Is there hope for me??????

I understand the struggle you went through and I can relate to what you went through in life. I basicially went through the same thing but in a different version of struggle. As am typing this to you, am still going through a struggle and that struggle is money. Living with both parents and having one of them work and support 5 of us is hard.

Expecially in this down marketing, that has been hard to get a job and obtain it for a long time. Dean...God, you and Joel Osteen have been my motavation in knowing there's hope. I know having the edge would change my life gradually, I recently purchase your "Be A Real Estate Millionare" Book, from saving every dollar I every have or receive from the time I found out about your book.

I know the EDGE would be the best gift I could ever have in life right now. I really really wish I could afford the EDGE but knowing the fact of my family and my situation, I would never be able to. I beg you Dean, if you can give me the EDGE I promise you I would get to action as fast as saying 1,2,3.
