The best websites - on any topic - provide information and interaction for the viewer. And I must say, the DG site has plenty of that and a whole lot more. I spend hours reading through the material and browsing the forums. I even notice some of your competition starting to emulate your practices.

I've been studying RE for a while now so I know the basics. Always knew it was the best way to build wealth, but have never done anything about it. That's going to change just as soon as I take care of one or two urgent issues. As you said, this is just about the best time in history to get into real estate. And I just can't sit on the sidelines any longer.

Your enthusiasm and sincerity are what prompted me to order "yet another RE investing book" through your infomercial. The 2 book set turned out to be more than I bargained for. I think I'm on my 3rd read-through during my lunch breaks now.

Let me first start by thanking Dean for offering this site to me and the people who truly want to make a profit in real estate. This site is a tremendouse asset to have and I can't be thankfull enough. As for me, I am currently in the Air Force but would like to make a little more money through real estate. I have read Dean's book as well as many other real estate books, business books, and am taking finance classes. I am trying to receive as much knowledge about real estate before I dive into it with my father so receiving "Gain the Edge" would be the "ark of real estate" for me and my father topping all of this training and to help us feel confident in our investings.

GOOD DAY Dean, my name is Doug Iles and I ALWAYS have had a "thing" for real estate. By that, I mean that I always have been entrigued with real estate and how many people seem to be able to make a go at it, except me. . . I have purchased your book, "Profit from real estate right now!" and found it interesting and captivating. I guess my biggest problem is that "first deal". I have been involved in the note brokerage end of real estate for the past THREE years with NO success. I had a few prospects but none of them materialized into a deal. I have tried a mentoring program in the past that cost me OVER 7,000 but a personal conflict arose. I truly would appreciate another mentoring program, but could not afford one though.
I have watched you on TV several times and enjoy listening to what you have to say. That is why I purchased your book. I think that if I could produce my first deal, then I would be less tense and be on my way in becoming a successful RE investor.
I wanted to purchase the "Edge" program a few weeks ago, but I didn't receive a response back from one of your associates until it was too late. By that I mean that I used the money that I was going to use for the "Edge" program for another RE program. But that is a mood point at this time.
So, I would like to add that I enjoy your website and learning new ideas and techniques that will hopefully help me in my RE business.

We have been members since January. We have not been able to make our first deal yet. Our biggest issue is finding buyers in the area that we are in. That is not going to stop us from continuing to look at properties and hopefully find the right buyer with the best deal possible. We have read both books and are students of the academy and you have all taught us so much. It's probably the most interesting thing we've ever learned about. We are extremely excited about getting into real estate and any other information we could get about making money in real estate would be greatly appreciated.

By way of introduction, my name is Rich Jann and this is my first BLOG - ever, anywhere!!!!I recently tore and had surgery on my right rotator cuff. Not fun since I'm right handed and will now be out of work for 3 months, i.e. I won't be going back until November. That said, one day I saw Dean on TV and thought he was truly sincere. I puchased his latest book and it arrived the other day. I'm reading through the testimonials right now and am already very excited!!!! I can't wait to complete reading the book and really get started. For me that will be about 6 weeks because of my surgery/recovery. Real Estate investing is not a "maybe" for me it is a "definite" and I can honestly say I feel most fortunate to have been off and watching TV and to have seen Dean's Infomercial!!!! I plan to make the most of this torn rotator cuff and I mean well beyond simply rehabbing it!!As a final thought, I hoe the book helps me to understand what other products/offerings from Dean I'll need to look at in order to get started in the most effective way. I read both of your newest books in probably a combined 2 weeks because of all the great information that was in it. I literally couldnt put it down and when i did i couldnt wait to pick it back up. I have always been interested in real estate and knew of the tremendous profits it could turn but just never really knew how to do it. These two books have broken it down so simply that anyone can use it. Even if I never do invest in real estate I have gained more knowledge that will help in my personal life and dealing with buying my own house and potentially saving thousands of dollars. I wanted to thank you for all of the inspiring messages and video blogs that you have put out. You have really inspired me to start looking to do something different with my life. I have been looking to find a way to replace my income from my regular 9 to 5 and now I have found that way. I still have yet to reap the benefits from a first deal, but I know that if I work hard enough it will happen.

I wanted to tell you that when I told my mom a couple of months ago about what I wanted to accomplish with real estate, she told me it was not a good idea with the assignment contracts and the hard money lenders. It would never work. Well just a couple of days ago her and a friend went to a Donald Trump Seminar about buying properties with no money down. She said it was not worth the 2 hours she drove to get there, but she did learn a little bit. So she called me last night and started asking questions about ways to buy and sell properties with no money down and because of you I had all of the answers to her questions. Your programs have been so helpful and I have leared a lot. I have even talked her into visiting your website and buying both of your books, BAREM and PFRERN. Hopefully this is going to be something that we can do together as a mother daughter business.

Hello everyone. Well we joined Dean academy in April and went to the event. We were pumped but wanted to build a team. Well we now have most of the members in place and are on a roll. We have one house we are in the middle of rehabbing, we got an accepted offer on a school house that we want to turn into condos and we have a bird dog deal that is close. All in all it has been a truly life changing year for Tom and I. Just the thought of never having to work for someone else puts a smile on my face. Hi Dean. I'm Kaaren from Glendale, CA. I've been a member of the site since April (I think). Just want to say thanks to all the experienced folks on the site who are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to do my first deal mostly due to a bit of fear and uncertainty. So far I've started to put together a seller's list, as well as a buyer's list. My goal is to have my first deal locked up within the next couple of months if not sooner.

I have purchased a few investment properties over the last several years but it has always been through the traditional means of a decent down payment and utilizing a conventional loan. As the current economy has affected my income, I now have to employ new strategies in order to try to meet my goal.

In 2006, I set a goal to own 100 units by 2016 (a 10-unit apartment would equal 10 units; therefore, I don't need 100 transactions. After selling a couple of properties, I have only 98 more units to go)). I knew I needed to learn methods of structuring transactions with no money down and your TV commercial prompted me to make that call. I bought two of your book and I am almost finished with the 2nd one. It is time for me to step it up. My wife and kids deserve it.
