Hi Dean,

I am new to the Real Estate investment arena and just getting started. My father and I have always talked about getting into Real Estate together and went as far as getting a course in the past, that ultimately fizzled out as it was basic information we already knew and for laziness too.

As we experience various health or economic ailments, we decided its time to make a change for our self-fulfillment and desires for the future.

We are ready to change our lives and use our respective skill sets and drive along with new information and thinking from your books and we are going to do so.

Thank you for sharing your passion to help others!

You know I just don't feel right writing in this forum just to try to win the GAIN THE EDGE course. (Even though I'm doing it) It just doesn't seem right. I don't want to just write a complementary post about Dean just to try to butter him up so I might win the course. It doesn't work that way. It isn't a contest in which the best post wins, the winner is based on the lucky drawing and has nothing to do with what you write. (That's good ---- I've got a chance)

I am reading your book " profit from Real Estate
right now" I have been in real estate investment
for the last 4 years. But had a few problem and
got a little scared. My best fried and I were
partners, my son did all the rehabilitation and was a silent partner. We did all right for a while, my son was going thru a nasty divorce it and our profit went for lawyers. Then
Last year my friend died of cancer and I just
cannot really get back into it. My son and I
did buy a duplex and have it rented, we also
bought a house and he is fixing it up. but for some odd reason he just can't get into it and finish it. I quess he thinks it won't sell with this slow economy. We live in an area where the
un-employment is almost 19%. As soon as I finish
this book, I want my son to read it. I am hoping
this will get me excited again and get back into
buying. I work full time and don't get a chance
to watch all your shows. I am hoping to win the edge and learn all I can about Real estate.

I've wanted to do real estate investing for a very long time and NOW IS THE TIME to make it happen!

Just got the books a few days ago and I'm reading "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" right now. I'm not a fast reader, but so far it is interesting.

I'm traveling between numerous states for about 10 days helping a sister move to Nevada. Will be reading it while traveling.

Hi Dean, I'm new to your site, book offers, and
the info you share about Real Estate and how to make money at it !! One thing about me, I do TRUST BUT VERIFY all things as its easy to get
burned or disappointed. The best way I see to build trust and excitement is by " SHOWING ME
THE MONEY". So many people are hurting for more
money...in all towns around here you'll find Cars
and other items sitting in people's front yards
for sale...Garage Sales are at an all time high
by my recogning and from what I see !!
Show me how it's done Dean...point me in the right direction please.

Hi Dean,
We are brand new to your Success Academy, but you will be hearing our names a great deal in the very near future. We have not even had our first appointment with our coaching staff yet, but we have about 16 properties that are FSBO. We also have about 10 to 15 foreclosure properties that we have most of the info for. We need to get the comps and the current assessed value. We are so ready to close our first deal of many, so when we do have the meeting with our coach, we will more than likely be pushing to get at least one deal started. Look froward to meeting you soon.

I have always felt that if I were ever to have a great deal of money it would be from real estate investing. Over the past 15 years I have been able to get my investing feet wet and purchased, with a partner, a 2 flat from HUD, and a single family home from an estate. We were able to rent all three units successfully with a positive cash flow for a few years and also built some decent equity. Then due to circumstances beyond my control, we had to sell both properties so my partner could cash out. I tried to get friends and family to buy out my partner, he would have sold for 70 cents on the dollar, but I could find no takers. Well, that was over 8 years ago and I have not been able to get back into an investment property in a conventional way since. BUT NOW I AM INSPIRED

In April I ordered Dean’s book, Profit From Real Estate Right Now, and I received Be A Real Estate Millionaire for free with that purchase. I enjoyed reading Deans books in about 2 week’s time and then I discovered this fantastic website after reading the books. I have high hopes of starting an investment LLC and setting up a toll free information line to steer clients to my business I want to build lists of buyers and sellers through a robust marketing campaign, so I could move my deals once I find them. HI DEAN, I can't believe you have decided to do this. I e-mailed you right after the last conference call about my situation. I am a 61 year young women on disability and limited monthly income. I have your first book and have been on at least three conference calls. My small two bedroom townhouse was foreclosed on in 2003. I was homeless for about eight months and I am now in an apt on the first floor where the kids in their apt. above me have a dance every night. I want , so very much , to become a member of the DG Family. I've told people about it and, of course, they say I should stay away because of my age and situation. It is painful walking but, I can talk and think and I have the desire to Gain The Edge in life that I deserve. My e-mail expressed all of this and the request for you to please help me find a creative way to obtain the program. I am not all that good on a computer so I sometimes have issues with finding where to put my blogs for information. I did find it one evening and enjoyed reading all the fun you guys were having giving and asking for advice. Dean and company,

I've just been active since May/09 and have gleaned so much information from the DG Fam., I can hardly sleep at night thinking of the possibilities.
I have most of my team in place (with the exception of a very good attorney, still looking), but I have a couple of "go-getter" REA's, one is presently helping with an REO and a short sale property, my other agent is generating offers on about 7 properties at about 45 to 50% under FMV.. I'm also negotiating numbers on a possible L/O (owner lives out-of-state) on a duplex here in little ole Grass Pants Oregon.
So, needless to say, it's because of YOU and the DG Family's instruction and friendly participation that I now have hope for something that will change our circumstances and increase our ability to help others.
Again, thank you so much for everything you do, You and the DG family...good success to all!

I am starting my 4th rehab next week...have not done one for two years...timing is better now with first time home buyers 8k credit.

Trying a new strategy of finding properties that need rehab to sell that the owneres are willing to finance on c/d or pmm or option...we use our money to do rehab and do not have to pay seller until we sell...10% down to cover their agent and the balance is carries at 8% simple interest.

What do you think?

As i'm writing this I still haven't done my first deal, but I still believe in myself and you Dean.

Hi Dean. I would like to thank you and the entire DG family for the great info and motivation. I have not done my first deal yet but i have a potential duplex that i am still negotiating with the seller to try and get the deal locked up. My name is Donnie Miller and I currently live in Citronelle, Alabama. I have worked many years in sales (was in the automobile business, but everyone knows what happened with that market!!)and was forced to pursue something else. Currently I work as an outside sales representative for an oil and lubricant company (which I have found it too... is very difficult to get ahead of the game with the economic hardships our country is facing at this time!)I have always been facinated with real estate and I always find myself wanting to learn more and dig further into the aspects of real estate. My father first introduced me to the "World of Real Estate" he always had several rental houses (ones to which my widowed mother is still reaping the benefits from his wise investments)and I stayed very busy helping him maintain and arrange renters for them. With that being said I purchased Graziosi's book and after reading it I felt all pumped up and ready to go out and make some big money!

I would love to be the winner of Gain The Edge Program, due to the fact that I can't really afford to purchase it at this time! I am always wanting to learn more and I feel this program would be the road map to great success! Mr. Graziosi, thanks for giving us the courage and great information to help make us knowledgable real estate investors!

Hey everyone. So excited to be a part of this success team. I have to say I followed the Blitzkreig for weeks and was so excited to see what Dean had in store. I am a Nubie and just want to soak up every bit of information I can get here. I havent been able to get any deals done yet but I'm ambitious and I'm gonna keep trying. I love reading all the awesome stories here. It encourages me to keep moving forward when I get discouraged. I know that if I don't give up that eventually the things I learn on this site and in the books will pay off for me. I was really bummed out after the teleconference when I found out I couldn't afford the Gain the Edge '09 in a box. I thought about charging it to my credit card but after really taking a long hard look at my finances right now I just saw no way to justify my spending the money. Here's my second chance. Keep up all the awesome stories. I enjoy the encouragement I get from all of them. Wish me Luck...

I am new to real estate investing and I think I found a good niche. I JV'd with a real estate agent and we are purchasing REO's at a very low cost and flipping them to other investors for a nice profit. So far we have done two of them and plan to do many more, thanks for your insight on real estate, it gave me the kick in the pants I needed to get started. I think doing this I will be comfortable for sometime to come...
