While I think both would add value, I would first prefer to see Indiana Joe. Perhaps the credit repair topic could be shared at another time in the future, as well.

I think I would benefit more by hearing Jeremy.

I am in So. Ca. and (as you identified) I did not think it was possible to get deals w/o using my own money. Unfortunately, I still have bouts with this mind set. But your SuccessFest is really helping.

So bring it on!!!!

Not that I don't need advice from Jeremy also, but since Joe and Stacey have now experienced doing deals with no money and not much credit, I'd love to hear exactly how they went about it and put that knowledge to work right away. I can't up my credit rating overnight, but I can put together a deal. And then hopefully we can see Jeremy in the near future.

SEEING AS WE ALL WANT WHAT WE WANT I BELIEVE WE NEED TO GET THE INFO FROM JEREMY. I'LL TELL YOU WHY.. MOST OF US I BELIEVE DON'T HAVE PERFECT CREDIT AND THOSE THAT HAVE GOOD CREDIT REALLY DON'T NEED MOTIVATION BECAUSE IT'S EASIER TO GO INTO A LENDING INSTITUTION AND GET A LOAN. FOR THOSE OF US WHO SCREWED OURSELVES WHEN WE WERE YOUNG, WELL, WE DEFINITELY NEED TO FIND OUT HOW TO GET OUR CREDIT SCORE UP SO WE CAN AT LEAST HAVE A SHOT AT GETTING A LOAN.
AFTER ALL THE VIDEO BLOGS AND FREE LETTERS AND THE BLITZKRIEG, YOU GUYS ARE TELLING ME YOU NEED MORE MOTIVATION?? COME ON GUYS! IF I HAD THE CREDIT OR THE DOWN PAYMENT I WOULDN'T BE IN THIS SPOT. GO FOR JEREMY.

As always this stuff is great. I think that we should start with Joe and Stacy Then move on to Jeremy's credit repair.

Dean you make a delicious decision extremely difficult. In all actuality I would really be satisfied with both opportunities available. Learning and being trained on the entire No Money Down Education is just so Enticing. Then also the complete understanding on How To Repair Your Credit is Absolutely Exciting. So Dean please show all of us your expertise, kindness, and of course friendship by giving us a taste of both worlds. Thanks Dean you are truly the VERY BEST!

I'd like to hear how Joe & Stacey got started. At this point, I think it would be the most beneficial for me.

Although a bit late my vote is for Joe & Stacy. Thanks for all the info! I have shifted the direction I want to go in based on some things I have read. A few steps on my part and I will be on my way!
