Mini book was full of great information. The only way we can fail is if we fail to take action. I would like to hear from Indiana Joe.

What a decision, having to choose what comes first from two great videos. However, the decision is actually quite easy. Since Joe and Stacey feel like everyone's friend, are such nice people and are out there making things happen while at the same time sharing their successes with us and providing personal encouragement along the way, then I want to see Joe and Stacey's video first!

Hi Dean,
Oh,the choices you give us!!! You are so good to us!!! They would all be extremely informative and helpful. I think the credit issues would start to resolve as success comes our way. Finding a realtor and the issues that go with that, partly depends on personalities and being able to work together once you find a realtor you think will work out. I think I'll choose Joe and Stacey for their secrets and successes.

PS I am having trouble with the pop up from Dean's blog. I tried to figure it out yesterday. Nothing worked. No pop up after looking at blog today either. A friend helped me take off my pop up blocker but; there is still not a pop up to click on. I have left a message with support to call me. I hope it's ok that I left this message here.

Another great blog, You seem like you want to jump through the screen and just walk us thru this. Thank you for your passion and dedication to helping us. I would love to see Joe and Stacey. I can fix my credit with just one or two deals. I need to see How Mr. Indiana Joe did it.

Would love to see the interview with Indiana Joe. Just starting out and would like to see how joe did it.

i'd like to see Joe and Stacey. I hope they have lots of good info on how to find a good realtor-I'm having a hard time.

I think Joe and Stacey would be the better interview.

If we can buy RE without money or credit then we can always fix our credit later after we get started.

Finding out how the deals are structured step-by-step, I believe, would be more beneficial to us all.

I'd like to see both but since I've made a number of no money down offers and had 1 accepted offer fall apart in the 11th hour I really need to know how to do this with horrible credit and no money!

Hi Dean,

I'd like to get more info on "No money Down" purchases. I feel like I have a pretty good idea on how to find deal with cash. Of course, that is relatively easy, and I can always use insight on better ways to find those deals as well. However, I have never studied no money down deals.

My opinion is that since most of the students who purchase Dean's books are already in financial peril or financially stressed AND are therefore limited to the types of deals they can do because of said financial stress due to bad credit; that Jeremy's help would be very much welcomed. Fixing one's credit profile would only serve to INCREASE the options of these students. I therefore would like to see the credit profile repair interview prevail as the priority!! Naturally, I'd love to hear Indiana Joe and Stacey's story as well.
