Thanks Dean.... you are such a great person to care about us out here.
I was wiped out of everything I had 2 years ago from a big marina investment made from 3 sales,and am barely making it on Social Security now. I am waiting for the state of Florida and California to go after the crooks that did this to we 45 investors, but so far nothing is happening and yet they got away with MILLIONS.

I had an accident( negilance of someone else on BOTH) and have not gotten a dime off it with an attorney ....in 3 years, and then had another accident and back not being able to do again. So I am really hurting.

If I can get private money I can pull myself out of the hole.

My credit is now messed up as I can't pay my credit cards and am having to go through a company, hoping soon to get the money to pay off my credit cards on 1/3 and maybe I can turn my life around.

I went from having everything and almost 800 score to being a widow with almost nothing and who knows what my score is now..
But I know I will be on the road to recovery with the Lord's help and help from you....... soon.

I just wanted to take this opportunity and respond to this blog. Although I couldn't be on the call as I had to work I will definitely be on the lookout for the recording so that I may continue in my development in becoming a full time Real Estate Investor. Since getting your book at the end of July I have been on a nonstop journey of putting myself in a position to be successful and I am just fascinated with knowing that I have everything I need to ensure my success. There is so much great information you share to ensure a person's success and I am one that is soaking everything up like a sponge but most importantly I AM TAKING ACTION!! I don't want to be too wordy but I just had to let you know that I appreciate everything you and the DG family has done for me thus far and I look forward to not only share my success story but to also help others.

Playing catch up here. Lost a Hard Drive, PC has been down for a little while but I'm back. Sorry to have missed last nights call but will listen to the replay today. Great Blog! And yeah! I used to be THAT guy! So don't swing too hard at your friend, he's just a little bit behind the rest of us who've been able to change our perspective with your help and the help of all positive family members here at the DG site. negative things from Realtors I have talked to. Great web site for learning and training. Limited access to a printer, still wanting to get the 23 page tip sheets from last month. Limited internet access too, missed your call the other night by 30 minutes, hope you will have a blog video and or CD with the info, thanks.

Really enjoyed the call, I gained a lot of useful information. I wasn't really sure where to get started, but I do now, wanted to thank everyone for constently reassuring me that I can do this and succeed at this, i'm still nervous about stepping into new territory, would like to join the acadamy but finances won't allow it at this time. anyway thanks ever so much for all of your support.

I was thinking that Dean was going to allows us to ask questions on the call!!! I have a few questions that need answering pertaining to finding a real estate agent! Dean if you or your staff read this, can you hold a question/answer call! I am about 30 days into your SFL system and got a couple of properties under contract but I need some answers!!! Thanks

I really want to get started badly. I hate that I keep watching these videos late at night before I go to bed so I can't take action (make calls) immediately after watching your blogs. They always get me motivated. Unfortunately after I wake up the next day I think to much about what all the "other people" say about Real Estate investing. I think I'm going to have to start going to bed during the day so that I watch the videos during the day when it's not to late to start calling people about potential deals.

Dean, I will be listening in on all the recorded ones so far that are on the site. I appreciate all the help you offer us, your DG Family. It is a priceless site worth a massive fortune and you so freely give it as we learn and share!
It's nice finding the answers we seek and giving one another hope, encouragment, and success. I will also keep reading the ways to becoming a successful REI (Real Estate Investor) thanks to
