I'll be there Dean, and thanks for all the motivational talks. I am a bit of a pessimist because of things I have tried in the past. I do believe that you will not let me down though and this will absolutely work for me. I just want to take it a little slow in the beginning and make sure all my I's are dotted and T's crossed. This is so true Dean, Do you let some one elses words determine your future. This does happen. Step back, take a look in the mirror and ask yourself "WHAT IS MY PURPOSE".

Looking foward to the next call and hope to get the answers to my questions. I definitely have people who think I am wasting my time. But not to try and believe that I will succeed is not my future. So thanks again for you just being you and creating a avenue to have a better life and give back to others. That is my goal.

But, once again, it is due to a lot of planning and work done by you, personally, and together with your Team. None of us has a majic wand..and one of the secrets to success you' ve taught us is to find the "majic buttons" of our Buyers and Sellers so that we might target more succesfully the proper sstrategies to use to bring a potential deal to a closed deal. I had a neighbor once who was like that person you talk about in your blog#94.My old neighbor tried to talk me out of my dreams.I did not listen to what he said because a long time ago he tryied to accomplish the same dream and he failed before he started with his bad thougths, so he never pushed foward with his dream.So now he wants to kill mine.I give him a new name I called him DREAM KILLER in my mind of course,LOL.
Long story short, my old neighor is about 15 years older then me at the time I lived with my parents, but shortly after I moved out my parents place because I went foward with my dream.To this date my old neighbor lives with his parents.If only he had followed his dream. The point to this story is,follow your dreams, because my next dream is to be a real ESTATE INVESTOR. THANK YOU DEAN FOR YOUR THOGUGHTS..

P.S.if your wondering... I'm a bus opeator for the city of NEW YORK.

Hi Dean,

We all have people in our lives that say negative things to us under the umbrella of "we care for you", "it's for your own good", while they have no clue.

I always tell my kids to look at these negative comments as a drop of rain on the windshield of a car... let them roll-off and stay positive and focused.

Wow, now this is something that makes people wanna jump out of their seats and give immediate feedback! It's pretty clear how that person made up their mindset with those impacting words that wasn't really doing justice at all. Basically said, my headline of this comment comes from the all powerful Law of Attraction and in reality, what you think about is what's going to determine the outcome for your life. And with that said, there's only one direction I wanna keep going and its UP; where all my goals and dreams are! It seems the guy that came over might need a little support or something. I'm sorry I don't have the time right now to volunteer my help. To bad the guy doesn't believe in himself. Yes life has its ups and downs but you have to focus on your goals everyday and if you really focus and chose to make forward movement you will get there. Goals and dreams take work. Hi Dean, I am listening to your words, I am not one who people would call lucky, if it were not for bad luck I would not have any luck at all. Anyway I am hoping that your mentoring will change the cycle I have been in, and I would love to be able to help others, who feel the same as I do. Dean thanks for all of the positive messages you send us every week. I'll be on the call tomorrow. I will take lots of notes. I'm getting things together waiting on the "Edge 10 Kit" to be delivered?? I am so excited waiting!! And Sandi, I am also alone and yes it is very hard no one to talk to or get feed back from or bounce some ideas off of. This is why we have our DG Family to keep us going.

Dean, Thanks for the blog and I concur.When I was successful in other areas I got little comments as well from my circle. The fact of the matter is they weren't willing to do what I did to get what I had. I tried to show them but they didn't want it. So I totally feel the lesson for the day and so look forward to the training call tomorrow night. Thanks again for all you do.
