Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #94 - FREE Training Tuesday and Dean’s Misguided Visitor

Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog

We have a big FREE training call coming up on Tuesday that you don't want to miss. Be sure to register now if you haven't already!

In this Blog Dean reveals some of what he is going to cover on that call. He also shares a story of what a visitor to his home said to him that really bugged him. It has to do with beliefs about "luck" and this is priceless. Watch now.

Hi Dean:

Just wanted to touch base with you. I know you jump on-line frequently as I see your name when I sign in. I am a new widow. Just lost my dear husband and sweetheart in July, 2010 at the young age of 61 due to cancer. Because of the circumstances I have been away from the site for quite some time. I will be listening by internet to the call on Tues. 9/14. I, like you, will continue to count my blessings. I was fortunate to retire at a young age from teaching and I don't have to work. My husband was a real man and a true example to anyone. Up until the last day he died, he would always say "This is the best day of my life." He was always positive and touched so many lives. I will continue to live by his morals and philosphies as a tribute to his life. Best wishes and see you on the 14th. Kathy in California

im hurtig

Hello My Ispiration,
I am so ready.I have been in home construction all my life almost but it has slowed down for me so much i had to take a job on an oil rig in west tx.I hate it.I have to stay gone for a week at a time i hate it Dean.Im so broke and lost.I have read your two books twice. They are the greatest.Seems like being gone for a week at a time i just get lost and start reading again.Im stuck.
I have mentioned this before but i think i would be the perfect candidate for some sort of challenge for you to help me.That would really show people that this is for real.I know im begging and wish i could express how sincere i am about this. There is honestly nothing else in the whole world i think about after reading your books for the first time.I am like most people and so broke that all i can afford are the books.I need help.Im a God Fearing man and really believe he put me here for real estate investing.I am so driven and determined but cant get out of the rut. Please help me some how.I want to be part of the team.God Bless You Dean!
Michael

Lucky and Spoiled

Luck, to some, is like favor...and favor ain't fair. We should all be so lucky to have favor!

Spoiled is just another word for blessed. Those who think they aren't just don't know about this synonym. But no matter our status or position in life, we are all blessed if we are breathing - the rest is up to us.

Life is all about choices and decisions; what we choose to do with the hours we are allotted each day, each week is up to us.

Once we make the decision to be successful the choice has already been made.

There are always going to be naysayers, dream killers and negative folks among us. When they come knocking or somehow make it inside our lives to spread their noxious fumes, like carbon monoxide we should fan them out of our way.

Personally, I regard them as reminders of just how blessed and highly favored I truly am. Whether you realize it or not God wants us to live our lives so well that we are envied by others. Sounds like to me, Dean, you are doing all the right things so keep it up!

As long as people are willing to reveal their ignorance we should be bold enough to reveal our strength. There IS a place for those who call others lucky and spoiled and they are IN it by their own choice.

And, when we have what others wish for that just came to us by the grace of God we should be Oh, so happy!

What a compliment, heh?

comments on being lucky

Dean,

You radiate such a positive aura and it is obvious you are a hard worker and have earned everything you have achieved. I know I need support to get started and I"m sure others do also. Rather than the call, i'm going to watch you on-line, where I can soak up what is being said better. Look forward to Tuesday.

I love the messages you give Dean. You are a very wise being. This particular message reminds me of something I heard a while ago. You must Slay all the Dragons in your life. Put simply, get rid of the people who Drag you down and hold you back. Thanks again Dean, and I will most definitely be there tomorrow.

Loud and clear!

Mind Set

Hi Dean,

I have to admit that a few years ago I often found myself saying, "They're lucky" or "Everything is easy for them" but I have learned through many motivational books, spiritual books the DG Family and other people, that not everyone, although it seems that way sometimes, starts their life with everything handed to them. In reality, I knew this already, but when you have bad things happen to you over and over, I guess you could say you falter in the way you think about different things in your life and others.

Thanks for the Dean Graziosi website and the family that's been created. I enjoy reading what other DG members have accomplished and hope to be able to share Chuck & my accomplishments one day soon. Thanks again.

Linda

Weekly Blog

I have come to a point in my life where Iam tired of being poor without any future. Iam presently 62 years old with nothing to show for my 33 years of running a successful construction company but a sore back.
I was sitting one late night flipping through the channels while wondering where is the rest of my life going to take me. Then I saw Dean's infomercial.
Granted, I have tried many other such programs in the past, promising a bright future but it only became darker.
There was something about Dean that got me to call and order the material. What it was I do not know, perhaps desperation, perhaps I had reached the point where I was either going to be successful in real estate investing or continue on my present path.
I just recently received the materials that I ordered and started to read "Profits From Real Estate Now" and have found it hard to put down.
I am going to apply 110 percent of my effort to reach my goals following Dean's program.
It is true what Dean has said in the past. You surround yourself with negative individuals, although they may mean well, but that negativity sticks to you like glue unless you make a decision or take some action to shed this "cloud", this darkness, that has taken control of your life for many years.
Will I be successful following Dean's program? It is up to ME and only ME to see that I do something for my family but more importantly for MYSELF, to regain the self-confidence and respect that has long been lost.

Only the Best!!!!

Yes... I did take the time to view the weekly video Dean, Thak you and as always food for thought so having said that I can hardly wait till tomorrow night. THANKS

Luck?

Here is what I believe: You are in charge of your situation and YOU, (not someone else,) have control of your life. (No one tells you that you have to work that JOB that you hate. No one tells you that you can only make minimum wage the rest of your life! No one tells you to hang with the group of people who you really don’t like anyway, No one tells you that you have to eat that cold soup or over cooked steak. No one tells you that you have to do anything for the most part that you do not want to do.) So why put so much time and effort into complaining about it? This is a non-productive waste of time that is going to get you no where and gain you nothing. Instead choose to put that same effort into what you can do!

I guarantee if you do it will change your life forever!!!

You were searching for a JOB when you found the one you’re at now. If you are not happy where you are “change it” search out what you would like to do or where you will be happy doing it. If you would rather not be around the people you are with now. Then “change it”, go to places, (LIKE THE DG WEBSITE)events, and activities that you have fun doing, things that make you happy and you are bound to find new friends who share similar ideas, values, and enjoyments.

But luck is not something you can control matter of fact it is really just a word in the dictionary.

People who are successful got there through having control of there situation and you are no different you can do it!

Look at you now! You are here at the "DG family" and that would tell me you have decided to take control of your situation. You have already made a big step to change and I say welcome to the family Smiling

As excited as ever!

Have a great day!

Mark

No REI Clubs in my town, what to do?

No agents, title companies, or other know of any RE Investments Clubs in Flagstaff. I thought that strange. What should we do? Agents and realtors don't know what they are? What to do?
Thanks Dean for your support and energy in helping us along the rocky road.

RE Investments Clubs

There aren't any RE Investments Clubs that anyone knows about in my town, Flagstaff, AZ. I thought that strange. We don't know what they are. Should I start one? What would I need to do to begin a club such as this. What are other options?

Thanks Dean!!

Thanks for the blog dean. It seems to me that some people actually find "comfort" in negative thinking, and that they usually don't even realize it. Thank you for pointing this out so we can watch out for it, and more so that we don't fall into this same self destructive trap. Your blog was very insightful and inspirational.

Thanks again Dean. - Chris

IT'S TUESDAY!

Yippeee! It's Tuesday! Now all I have to do is get through the day. I'm so excited about the training call Dean is doing, I can hardly wait.

Dean, I completely understand what you're saying about the sting of someone's thoughtless comment. We own a small cement business and my husband does exactly what you said, he works really hard, outside in the sun and heat. We've heard the comments of others about how lucky we are that we can pay our bills. It's true we do manage to pay our bills, but these people don't realize the penny pinching and struggles that go along with it. About how long Michigan winters can be, when the bills continue to come in, but not the money. We only manage to make it with careful money management and paying the bills that we can, ahead, so we don't have so many to pay in the winter.

Dean, this is why I want to thank you for all the encouragement and inspiration you offer us on a daily basis. You can bet I'll be eagerly waiting for your training call. God Bless you and have a Blessed week. Myra

Hi Dean!

Rick888's picture

Thanks again for the encouragement. I have to say that the person who has the most negative impact on my life is my boss. I am so ready to tell him to keep his J-O-B, I'm a Real Estate Investor and I don't have to take any more flak from you - I QUIT.
That day isn't here yet, but I know that it's coming real soon thanks to you and all of the DG family members. I will succeed!
Best wishes to all.

Rick

Enjoyed you blog of today.

I work Tuesday night but I will be watching the replay. Bobbing and weaving keeps you in shape, by the way. Love the advice!

Keep the attitude POSITIVE

Another awsome video teach! Hard work and positive attitudes, not to mention helping others. That's where its at. I've heard you need to want to succeed as much as you want to breathe to be successful. I have to work tonight so I hope there will be a daytime rerun in the near future. Enjoy, teach, and learn tonight. God bless, Creeper a.k.a Moe in Georgia

Thank You Dean!

Dean I have been watching your weekly blogs for quite some time now, I was rejected on my first deal and decided to hold off and wait for me to catch a lucky break or something! About a year later and I was still hopeing and wishing for better luck, also people telling me that it is impossible for me to succeed as an REI...I have been studying different ways that other DG members are currenly utilizing and waiting for Edge 2010 package to arrive for I am done with making excuses and look forward to creating my own better luck with your help,Dean, and with the help of the rest of he awesome DG Family.
Sincerly,
Fermin
P.S.
I like the how you phrased it "daggers", I will bob and weave as much as necessary and look to being an REI full time soon!
