My name is Irvin and I'm 20 years old. Is it logical that everybody I know is hating on me because I want to do real estate while at the same time about to get kicked out of my apartment in 2 days? I live in a part of Houston called Bear Creek and it's isolated from Houston unless you have a car. I bought your book Be A Real Estate Millionaire and it's my last hope to survive. And is it logical if I ask you to come to Houston to help me out on my path of becoming a multi-billionaire real estate tycoon?

If there is anyone who wants to be added to my buyers list I am wholesaling houses in south eastern Idaho. I buy um cheap, I pass the savings on to the invester looking to put their money to work! This is so true. I still have not told my family what I am doing. I figured I would "surprise" them when things started taking off. I have to slowly introduce concepts to them so the "negative" doesn't flow in.

I would like to say i appreciate you Dean Graziosi for all you do for your students! You are the man Dean! My goal is to get into my own house soon. Me and my girlfriend live in a apartment, and i have never done a Re deal. I want that to change soon, and i am working hard to make that happen. I have been reading alot more than i have ever done, and im not a big reader, but i know if im gonna make a change in my life, my kids life, and my girlfriends life i gotta take action! I hope to be joining your success academy soon! I have been saving my money up so i can join, cause i know i cant do this business without a mentor/coach. Once again thanks for all you do!

Biggest naysayer - myself
I have great family support but find that I hold myself back
I am not sure how to go about this since I live overseas. I am thinking I will have to be the money person - not that I have a ton a money but maybe find the money for these deals. Just not sure how to start; what area should I look at, how do I find a team when I live such a distance? (I would like to buy and hold/rent). I guess having all these questions and not knowing how to start, I find myself stuck so I don't move.

Logical in Many Facits
The reason I think it is logical, the many opportunities real estate offers. There is not just one technique for making money in real estate. You can adjust your technique to your style or personality. You can adjust your technique to the market in which you are. If you really motivate yourself you can learn and use multiple techniques to meet your goals.
