I could not agree more there is a lot of truth to what Dean says, if you just look past the little things that get you hung up. Look past that and keep moving forward dont look back, dont think to much about it and especial do not let the little things become an excuse!

Desperate needing a partner
I feel your pain, It seems like I take 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Yesterday spoke with an attorney he didn't get why I wanted to form an LLC to keep my business expenses separate from my personal expenses. So I contacted another one we have a meeting next week.
Then when I was on the boots on the ground training we saw some houses. I didn't get the realtors card so I put out a call to my teacher and the other students in the class. The teacher gave me a name so I called her she didn't seem to know what I was talking about but agreed to "help" me. I didn't get a good vibe from her. Then today one of the students gave me another name, (no wonder the first one didn't have a clue)
Tomorrow I will be getting a call from my coach on how to proceed.
I am starting slowly but I am starting. Keep going and listen to Dean he has so much wisdom and knowledge and is so motivational.
I would love to partner with you but I am in Ohio.
Take steps even if they are baby steps. Talk to your coach, don't regret NOT doing anything.

This is my first post ever but i have been trying your theory for about a year now and have been successful in the beginning. At this particular point now I feel like I have lost my way, real estate has been logical since day one but i feel like in between the busy life and prioritizing I haven't been able to apply myself to real estate as much as I want to. I talk about real estate 24/7 and dream about it every day but keep hitting a wall when it comes to the financial perspective. If you get a chance give me some advice. Hopefully between two jobs and full time school I will hear from you.

I'm the person who had self doubt this morning. I went to the gym and worked out. Thought of the great life style that RE could bring me and my family. Then the doubt set in can I really do it. I keep telling myself yes you can. But every time I hear you speak my emotions kick in and stick with it another day.

I keep plugging away at the RE game and it's been almost 2 yrs since I first brought your books & Edge programs. I have tried all the things you & your team suggest however I must honestly say It has been more part time than full time. Why? because as much as I want to do it my busy schedule with my current job prevents me from going full time.Again why? because my current job is a positive income that pays the bills.But I keep listening to your blogs to keep motivated to keep pushing on in RE. This blog inspired me to reach for the stars. I have had several deals since I started listening to the blogs and had the training. But sadly, I let myself slip. I am recharged to make it happen and now!
I was always under the false assumption that the deals were always somewhere else and not where I lived. I have learned that what Dean said is true, there are deals in Real Estate EVERYWHERE.
