Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #184 - Logical Decisions

Are you emotionally driven? Most people are. We let our emotions drive our actions. Your emotions can be powerful motivators or they can cause destructive lack of action.

This week, we talk about taking the emotion out of the decision process. It allows you to take ownership of your life and your actions, as well as gain the confidence you need in all areas. This can do everything from changing the way you feel about yourself to dramatically changing the economy in your house.

Watch it now and as a special surprise, you'll find out how anyone who leaves a comment on this blog this week can get a FREE digital copy of my bestselling book 'Totally Fulfilled.'

Thanks Dean

I am going to let my husband see this. We have tried real estate before and spent a lot of money and didnt have anyone to help us when we asked. He doesnt have the faith anymore that people are out there willing to help when needed and give advice. This vidoe is really gonna help me show him there are people who still care and will help.

Thanks for all your vidoes and teaching us.

KD

SO TRUE

Emotion is the driving force that makes things happen! Thank you for the reminder, I really needed an emotional kick start to get me moving. I've been wasting precious time, and I would love a copy of your book.

Real Estate Is Logical

Thanks Dean for reminding us how real estate is a very logical way to invest for our future!!

Thanks Dean

Another Motivating weeky wisdom blog that I needed to get my self going again Thanks alot Dean.

Thanks Dean!

Real Estate is logical because everyone has to live somewhere. Throughout a lifetime everyone usually lives at least 2 places. One growing up and then one as an adult. Everyone has to have it either by buying, renting or borrowing it.

The action I should take first is getting access to a vehicle to see properties and going to the local REI.

Very Logical

Logically I know we are absolutely on the right path. Thank You Dean, I know you and your team has helped us so much to get us this far but it has just been so hard for us to break through the first barrier. We have been at it for about a year now and haven't done our first deal yet Sad. A bit disappointed in ourselves which makes it even harder to keep going but no matter what. I am determined to make it happen. I will not sit back and regret missing out on our future dreams 5 years from now. I know it has been purely fear that has inhibited us from achieving success. I just can't seem to break it. But don't worry, we will. When we do, nothing will ever get in our way again. Thanks Dean.

Let's do it!

My wife and I learned something several years ago: "The difference between people who do something and people who don't do something is that people who do something, do something."

With that in mind we are moving forward - doing something - and not letting fear get in the way. We are submitting our first offers this week. Thanks, Dean for all of your encouragement along the way.

Logical Decisions

Paid2xl's picture

Yes, logical decisions should be the thing that drives people to change their future. Unfortunately, one's limiting beliefs stop people from taking action.
My own family and their limiting beliefs hindered me for years.
I am taking action now after attending a 3 day of yours last month.
Marketing for buyers, making offers and putting myself out there, even though the butterflies are running a marathon in my gut.
I am the one to make it happen, but I could not have done it without your website and the great people here that give so freely.
Loved all your other books, don't have this one. Would appreciate it to read on my tablet instead of watching the tube.
THANKS!!!!

Thank You

Dean,
I like learning something new from your blog every chance i have and you keep given me a push to keep taking action when at times i feel like giving up. I have all your books an have read at least the first two twice so keep given use that push on DG.
I will as a loyal follower spread this video to ever site that i am associated with.

Thanks Dean!

Very Inspirational!

Dean's videos are always so inspirational. It's about overcoming your fears in life. I've only done two deals so far...but I need help in making this into a real business. Can't wait to see Dean's book!!!

I have to say your passion

I have to say your passion for what you do is contagious! I look forward to achieving success in real estate through modeling you.

Thanks for being You!

Yes Dean I hear you! This weekly wisdom has truly done it for me. As always, your encouraging words have a way of helping me look at my life in such way that if I don't do what I've always dreamed of doing and that is Real Estate Investing, I will regret it for the rest of my life. Once I overcome this fear of failure, I know I can do it! Someone told me I just might have to do it afraid and see what happens! I won't know unless I try. Well, Dean after this weekly wisdom...I'm ready to try...I'm ready to TAKE ACTION! Thanks Dean and may God continue to bless you for all you do to help all of us who want to be successful in Real Estate and in Life!

From your DG family member,
Theresa S.

Thanx again, Dean.

For me, logic means perseverance.
If every successful person repeats the same advice; "Keep at it", "Don't give up", "Stay connected"...then its logical to assume that thats the formula for success.
Logically, success is a life change, not a stop-&-start maneuver. If you stay persistent, then logically, success will follow.

Thank you so much for everything you, and your associates have done for everyone on here, and myself. I've been studying the materials for about 6 months now, been to Vegas for The Edge, but have yet to take my first step in buying, until now. My first deal, a flip, closing next week will make $30,000 to $50,000 after repairs, ON THE FIRST DEAL! At 22 years old? Yes, a great start to a wonderful future, thanks again. I'm going to continue with deals like this, and hopefully one day I'll be on stage with you, teaching others to be successful.

First Post! Thank you!

Thank you so much for offering all these helpful links. We had taken a similar class on real estate and we really enjoyed it. We used what we learned but I so wish we had a place to go to like this one. I think having your weakly videos and links has made your business so much better than the others. I have had people come to me and ask if I could teach them, I have sent them to this web page and given them info on your classes. My husband and I invest a little at a time and we have almost 200 renters. It was not bringing in the type of income we wanted so we started taking classes to see if we could get some additional education. Found it. I have learned off your site many tips. Thanks, keep it up.

Logical?

That's me, emotionally driven!

I joined your academy, PMI last year and I was so excited about the training.

Since then I've tried to finish my lessons and unfortunately I was unable to finish, because most of my time was devoted to taking care of my mother.

PMI, allowed me to continue for a couple of months, and I was hoping to finish, but now I'm also taken care of my uncle too!

My goal is, to complete PMI and and close my first deal and become successful in this industry.

Real Estate is Logical and I'm ready to make this work for me and my family!!

So, I would love another chance to finish my training.

Thanks again, Dean...God bless!

If you fall down the next move is to get up,and learn not to fall again. If your knocked down get up and avoid people that knock you down.

Thanks Dean

It's logical to take

rcmfunding's picture

It's logical to take advantage of the time I have right now to make it happen in real estate, rather than procrastinate and miss out on a great opportunity. Thanks again Dean.

Real, this is!

Most of my life I would look at homes and envision them all fixed up. And thanks to Veronica Deats we are working together on projects right now. I personally know that this is the best time to build a business because the market is down. now is the time we should be putting forth our best effort to make this work.So work @ your job, But work harder on your self to be the best you have ever been!
