I'm pumped. I just shot off a letter to one of the credit reporting agencies questioning several claims from creditors in a forceful manner. I have to stay on top of things. Again, thanks for the motivational blog.

Love your books. It is so hard to take the information and "jump in" but you have to. Your books give so much information to help with that. Many people won't do something unless they are guaranteed a result. That is why we do the analysis as best we can to minimize negative results and then jump in. We have all made a bad investment at some point. As long as you learn from it and move on. Don't be paralyzed.

The world is emotionally driven unfortunately. We have to learn how to reprogram our thinking and actions to not be so emotionally attached to that feeling of negative thinking or listening. Have faith and determination and focus on the Bigger picture and have a goal to work towards. Everyday have a vision how to get to that goal and don't stop and think, just persevere, push through.

is easy to say, but difficult to do, and it takes time and conditioning to achieve. But, if you conceive it in your mind, and BELIEVE and SEE yourself there, you WILL achieve it!

I just wanna say that today weekly wisdom is awesome.

Our emotions are the adrenaline that prompts us to overcome fear, but we have to prevent our emotions from overcoming logic!

since last year Ive made some progress and I should have made several deals by know the reason i think is because of procrastination, info overload, bad relationship, self doubt, and a whole truck load of other stuff that makes me feel stuck but thank you for this video it's what I needed to get me moving again. the next the I need is a great re agent and title co. then I'll be able to get comps and do the research needed for the homes i'm looking for.

I've just recently joined the DG family and am finding the amount of support and education available is more than any I've found to date from any other RE group. It is much more than just another RE group it more like a small committed community or large family. You are so right about emotional support. I've heard it said that we do things based on emotion and then justify what we have done by using any kind of logic we can find to support our actions. Thanks for your support and emotional push to help me get moving in the right direction. Looking forward to your next blog!

We tell everyone what we do, and encourage them to open their eyes to the best possible opportunity to secure their future.
The more passionate we are, the more excited people become hearing about it, and they want to know more. People can tell when it comes from your heart and your actual experience. I know that is what we got from you right away .
So all we need to do is tell the truth and GET EXCITED about it!!! Easy.
We will share this blog and keep sharing about the success of so many DG students.

On a personal note, I have been out of the game since last week when my Dad went in the hospital with complications from COPD and heart failure. He is everything to me. I have my mom who is in very poor health to support and help through this as well. Luckily I have the support of a great family..(especially John) and good friends too. I really am very lucky for that. Please keep us in your thoughts. Julie

Interesting video. I signed for your Puerto Rico event but wasn't able to attend the seminars. I trust these videos are useful continued education.

I'm new in real estate investing, but I'm aware of the advantages if the deals are well done. I'm learning to avoid deadly mistakes and any sound legal information or shortcut is mostly welcomed to help speed my ROI.

Hey Dean i so look forward to each week for your weekly wisdon,I'm telling you dont stop doing these blods b/c they are very incouraging and it keeps a lot of us going. Real Esate is a burning passion i have, Its a dream and passion that God as put in me and though we may have many setbacks. Quitting is not an option! I've realized that whenever people judges or doubt something you're are pursuing the fact is they are judging you out of their own reality of how they see their self,so they speak into your life according to their own autobiography. So i've learned to pick and choose who i listen to. Thanks for all you do!

If it wasn't for your inspirational video's I would have given up a long time ago. This is the place to come for the knowledge, wisdom and energy.
