Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #184 - Logical Decisions

Are you emotionally driven? Most people are. We let our emotions drive our actions. Your emotions can be powerful motivators or they can cause destructive lack of action.

This week, we talk about taking the emotion out of the decision process. It allows you to take ownership of your life and your actions, as well as gain the confidence you need in all areas. This can do everything from changing the way you feel about yourself to dramatically changing the economy in your house.

Watch it now and as a special surprise, you'll find out how anyone who leaves a comment on this blog this week can get a FREE digital copy of my bestselling book 'Totally Fulfilled.'

A Great Introduction to the Rewards of Listening to Dean!!!!

Dean wants to get people watching, so he offers a modest bribe... How is that different from the rewards we can earn if we listen to and apply his teachings about real estate? Following his system has the potential to provide limitless wealth and income, not through magic but through LOGICALLY leveraging the current state of the market! Working on my first deal but I'm confident that it's a modest start to my real estate career. Thank you Dean!

Being Logical is More Difficault

Hi Dean,

Being logical is more difficult than emotional that's where we get in trouble. Being emotional about right now and not thinking about the future is the easiest thing to do. Especially, when you have people around you who can't see the future and only live in the past regrets.

I have had my share of emotional decisions as well. Thank you for this video and reminding me to think logical and live life on my terms. Your weekly wisdom is something I look forward to every week.

Thank you for a being you and creating an environment of success for all.

All the best,
Sean

Mahalo Dean!

"Real Estate is the most LOGICAL thing on the planet to get you making money and change your future forever..." I couldn't agree with you more! PERIOD. Thanks Dean Smiling

Thank you for the inspiration

I am a new student of yours soaking up as much info as I can. Watching your Weekly Wisdoms is so inspiring and motivating. If people don't get pumped up after watching you show your sincere desire to get them out there and help themselves change there lives, I don't know what else can.
I know my first deal is going to though, learning how to ride a bike or driving a car for the first time was tough as well but I did it and now those things are second hand we do them without giving it a second thought. That's were I want to be, a REI and not give it a second thought.
NO FEAR, JUST DO IT
Thanks Dean
See you at the top

Good stuff

I will admit I haven't always watched the weekly blogs. Since my 3 day, BOG, and buying summit are behind me, I will watch every week. I look forward to someday being as excited as you are! Your weekly wisdom is inspirational and motivational! Keep up the good work.

weekly wisdom #184

Hello Dean, every time I talk about real estate I get those stares of...boy have you taken the big one this time....meaning sure, sure just keep dreaming. Nay sayers are everywhere, but I will not be discouraged. I'm the only one in my corner cheering for me but so-be-it. I'm determined. You inspire me and I sure would love to get the book your offering, also I would like to get your book "30 days to real estate riches" I can't buy it in Canada and your site is not set up for me to order it sent to Canada. Now why is that? Anyways, I love this site.

Thanks, Dean!

Weekly wisdom logic

mteragram's picture

I am trying hard to be a real estate success.

Logically I know all the benefits, yet it seems I have constant set backs. Several deals in last few months have fell through. Last week we went to closing only to have seller not complete the deal. I refuse to give up though and if not for the weekly blogs from you Dean, I think I would lose site that it is still possible. Someday I will look back and realize that logically I made the right decision.

Great video on being logical.

That was a great video on being logical. Many times we rationalize ourselves out of a good deal because our emotions take over. There is a finite amount of elements to real estate investing - lets master them and keep the emotion out of the process.

On to the next deal.

You keep me going Dean!

what an inspiration you are and so giving. I will
put the word out NOW !

I am Motivated

I love hearing your weekly blogs. They are so motivating. I too have to face all the road blocks. I have have told myself NO more! I will not let anyone tell me I can't. I will not give anyone else permission to dictate my future. Thanks Dean for all that you do. You are a well welcomed breath of fresh air. :0)

It is always the right time to invest in real estate. Some times will be more opportunistic than others. DG provides honest and factual information so we can make money. This is a site to go to get information and support to MAKE MONEY. Thanks Dean.

Thanks Dean, love watching these videos...will spread the word~

Have a beautiful day ~_~

It happens EVERY time...

When I allow less important things to dominate my time and I miss out on my daily "Dean Time", things snowball. The next thing I know, days are weeks...weeks then have the potential to become months that I may go without visiting DG.com or watching the Weekly Wisdom videos.

Inevitably, I come back and ask my self why I wasn't here yesterday, the day before, etc. EVERY TIME I watch a video, read the posts, talk to fellow DG'er, I kick myself for not doing more to make this a DAILY action item.

I think I've figured out what will work for me...DG.com is now my homepage. I'm on my PC everyday so this way I get a daily reminder that THIS is where I need to be!

Thanks Dean for the support, insight and motivation.

Mindset Training

Weekly Wisdom = MindSet Training. Over coming the influence of our own emotions and the impact of others beliefs can be tough. With the right guidance in gaining perspective, greater focus can be achieved. Looking forword to future Weekly Wisdom posts.

Nay sayer Support

Dean thanks so much for this blog! You have been and are such an inspiration to all of us in the DG family.

It's definitely time to beat down the nay sayers in our lives or that little voice in our heads and take the action necessary to take this to the next level or for me to take my first step.

My life has been filled with nay sayers to the point where I've begun to believe their doubts and negitivity towards my abilities. Thank you so much for doing battle with and for me. Together we can beat them back, and prove once and for all that it's only locical!

Thanks again Dean,

Steve

Please keep up the great work!

Emotion and Logic

Dean,

I recently read a quote from Ambrose Redmoon that says "Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear." Your words today reminded me of this quote, and suggests to me that we must combine both logic and emotion to achieve our goals--the logic to recognize the great opportunity in real estate today, and the emotion and excitement of the prospect of changing our financial future for ourselves and our families can overcome any fears and obstacles. Good post, Dean...keep up the good work.

you're right

Only I can make this happen. I have to take the step and close the door on the "no's" and move to the next for a "yes".
