The distrust, the only individuals who will make a more solid return are mega investors. The average "Joe", will not. Dean, you're always sending me emails and lately I've not been reading them but the blog post for this week is just what I needed to hear. Sometimes the closest people to us may not see what we see and become, if not negative, at least not as supportive.
It truly is important for us to move forward and follow our God given intuition & logic. I think the thing we forget is that faith is truly the evidence of things not seen in the physical but hoped for in the spiritual. The hope & faith is a result of our inner eyes ability to see what can be possible and this hope & faith causes us to take action while over coming obstacles & road blocks.
When there’s no one close to us to remind us of this power we have within, God sometimes sends a stranger, another kindred spirit to give us signs that let us know we’re on the right path.
Thanks Dean for being that kindred spirit.

I am doing it again just to make sure it happens. Emotions are very powerful and can make or break us in so many ways. Let's focus together and keep our happy and joyful emotions flowing and blessing others and ourselves. Let's also keep each other in check when the ugly emotions try to creep in, we can overcome those feelings and get nack to being happy and totally fulfilled.

another good one. logical I understand.
Its getting the emotion fear turned into action thats needed.
The toughest part is that fear is "self protection" often from the unknown.
if we are logical about fear we would discount it because it is il-logical, and created from emotion.
we (I) need to take the emotion behind my fear and move it behind "Action."

I never doubted for one second that your realesate education process did not work.
It works. Even though I am not getting the support from the people I care about. But the LOGICAL thing is to get it from the DG family.
Even though in the last year I only did 3 deals, because of circumstances, but they were great deals. They worked because of the education I am getting from you.
Five years from now I know that I will be looking back, think and say I DID IT.

I have been reading your books for a long time now. I have been too scared to make it happen and I think the agent I have might be holding me back. I just can not get past the part of the prof of funds letter and the 60 days to hold before selling REOs. Do you have any advice?
