Dean -- how can anyone not be excited about getting things moving when they listen to you -- love the enthusiasm and optimism. Can't wait to get your book because I have read the others. I'm a "babe in the woods" with regards to real estate investor, but will figure it out and am planning on making it a full-time endeavor as soon as next year. Thanks.

This past week I found a rehab in really rough shape, offering them $20,000, probably a little high considering it needs work literally everywhere. It is in a $80,000 neighborhood. Hope too net 30k on this deal. I seem to have a thing for 'don't wanters'. Most people run from these because they are work and look horrible; that is until I get done with them. These can be a real emotional rollercoaster because something always comes up, you just have to deal with it.

Dean, it's logical because you, your team, your DG family, and real estate techniques have changed my life! This works...hands down and my life only gets better the more action I take! Thank you for all that you do, all that you are, all that you give and all that you share. Totally Fulfilled is the only one I haven't read and I can't wait!!

You are the best! We are all so blessed that you've touched our lives in so many ways. My kids and grand-kids will be thanking you too.

My husband and I are expecting big changes this year and with your encouragement we expect to keep moving forward. It was really hard for me to get off the fence but I finally took the plunge. We were introduced to your program a few years ago and regret that we did not jump in then. Looking forward to working with you. I have always been impressed with DG and his team. Hi Dean, I'm new here. I just bought your book 30 days. I read the first 3 chapters you sent via e-mail and got ready to rock. I have been all over youtube trying to learn all that I can till the book gets here. I already have a cash buyer in the wings and I want to get started as soon as I can. Hope to be on your show.

Been discouraged over the months because of no responses from trying to send fliers or advertising and couldn't even find anyone to partner up with in central Ohio. so I worked my butt off and brought my credit up to the 700's and bought a house for my wife and I. With both of us disabled now , had to find a ground level house so a ramp will be easy to put in.If we find a house that we could make money on most of these investors want it at what I can get it for ,so I'm following your ideas and making a little different strategy on it. Sorry I couldn't post sooner, but I've been working late every night. Dean as usual, you try to give and give and give. I do appreciate every single blog you do. I know it takes so much of your time to give us inspiration and motivation. Thank you, so much for what u give, AND do. I LOVE THIS....I've been around this site since OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR. And yes, I've learned a lot, still learning. I appreciate what you do, and what your about....I know other do(AND WILL)too.

Though I didn't get to go to the edge event this year, I feel like I was there.....so much of it is spilling out onto this site. I think it's great that so many of the DG family here ARE WILLING TO SHARE THE CONTENT and the WHAT WENT ON of it all.

What you are saying is right. I know there is a short window of oppotunity. But when I can't find the sellers that will do nothing down deals and I have lost my life savings in a fraud investment involving 45 others that cost us all $11million in loss and the states of Calif. and Fl. have not done a thing, I am real frustrated. I may end up losing my home if I can;t get at least 1-2 homes to again have income. Please pray for me. I live in Pinellas county Florida and need investors that I can borrow from before there are no longer any buys. My only hope is quickly there will be another dump of homes on the market. Rents have no bad news from that. In fact this makes it easier for us. But I have to build back what I worked so hard for 25 years only to have it all gone. I am 67yrs. old and need something quick as I don't have a lot of time anymore. if only I was 30 years younger I could do so much. Now after 2 accidents ( not any fault of mine) within 4 years and an attorney that only put me in jepoday on $70,000 of medical and no way to even start paying it I need money to survive. I am praying someone can go in with me to get properties as I was great at finding the bargains and selling them at high value.

I need a physical blue print on how to aquire bank REO's to wholesale, in the state of texas. It should be a simple duplicatable process.

You are correct, most of the times we are our own enemies. Think Positive!

Finally had a chance to listen to video's and read last few statements from others. Great phrases include: don't be denied, don't give up on yourself, spread the power, missed opportunities, spontaneity plus emotions.

I enjoy listening to your weekly wisdom blogs. I find it truly inspiring. I've read all of your books except Totally Fulfilled and I am now starting your Real Estate Success Academy. I feel excited but nervous at the same time. Excited about learning something new about real estate but nervous about getting my first deal done. But I know I have to do my first deal to gain the confidence. I work in the construction industry putting in a lot of long hours. And you guess it. I'm broke. Real estate is the only way to get my life turned around. You are a good man Dean. Correct me if I'm wrong,but I think you share the great minds of Napolean Hill and Andrew Carnegie. I personally find that thru Dean's words, my mind starts to process ideas that fit my area and community. I have been successful in stopping pre-foreclosures against the big banks but not the single local predatory lender that sells thru owner finance, until now. Last month, I successfully stopped two. Now I have a process. This month, I'm getting ready to send out over 1,000 marketing letters to homeowners on my local pre-forclosure list. I anticipate great success and discoveries. I have also adopted what I call the Columbus Theory. Once you set sail, you have no choice but to continue forward. YOU will not allow yourself to turn back. Can you imagine how extremely difficult it was for Columbus to set sail with three ships filled with families that believed solely in him? They had no proof of success, just belief. They shared a dream. They faced nothing but unknowns and yet they made it and here we are now as proof. One man with a dream, that's all it takes. So go across the street and get the information on that foreclosure, pick up the phone and call a realtor. It's time for many of us to pull up the anchor. You can use Dean rather than Columbus, still a man with a dream trying to get many of us to believe in his dream to take us to a better life. See you on the other side of the DG Theory.
