The DG Family is why I know I will make it. I feel like I get closer every day. I would really like to find a partner to work together with. Having this site with all the resources and all the people who are more than willing to share their experiences is fantastic. Until I do get a partner, I at least don't feel like I'm alone in my efforts. Without this site I would have already given up. I have just completed my initial 3 day training and have enlisted myself in every future training that I could find with the D.G. team so that I can move as fast as I possibly can. Being part of a team that appears to provide unlimited support is important to me and lends itself to a level of comfort that will allow me to move forward with the confidence I need to get past what would otherwise slow me down.
The level of my initial training and the obvious sincerity of the training team this last weekend was truly amazing and comforting as well.
As soon as I figure out how to post my comments on facebook I will. I may have to wait for one of my kids to help me but it will be forthcoming.
I look forward to working with the team and to being in among all of you like minded people.

I am working on getting possitive thinking in my head again.
My husband died this last March after
several years of cancer. I signed up for your
program in 2009 just before we knew he had cancer.
I watched all of your video's.. It helped me

Since joining DG family I have closed my 4th deal and as a result of the cash flow my wife quit her job and taking care of the kids.

Being a part of the DG family is a true inspiration to me. It is the support that I need to keep me pushing to complete another deal and another deal.

My plan to is to quit my job in 5 years or earlier and have enough passive income to support my family and be financially free.

This has been a great ride and only will get better.

Very encouraging to see people who are doing what I am attempting to do. I will definitely look for more information from here.

I have found that when my friends and family ask me about how my investing is going, they are really wanting to ask , " did you give up yet?". Since i have yet to close my first deal they are always waiting for me to fail. I have learned to ignore the negativity by watching your blogz week after week. Being around like minded people really helps to keep the motivation levels high. Even though i have yet to see success monetarily, i have already achieved success mentally by being around these great influences on dg.com. Thanks, Dean, for all you do to help us stay motivated and to keep succeeding even in the face of adversity.

Thanks for showing us that RE Investing is possible, every day I come across people that say it isnt possible, but thanks to your blogs it truely keeps me motivated to complete my first deal by the end of this year.

Its been rough and I have not made a deal yet. I get kinda close on the 25 to 1 but when I try to get the ones from the ads on craigs list I post, I dont even get a response. I may go back to the mls.

Inspiring and encouraging, ill be attending on the fifth.

I think the best part of this group is constant input. Continually learning and moving forward. I have not done a deal yet, but I have cash flow in the form of two duplexes, a note and 3 tax liens.
So in stead of my 401K going down, it is going up.

As someone previously posted here; "no man is an island". This reminded me of a great song recorded by Joan Baez in the late 60's. Here are some of the lyrics in the the first verse:

No man is an island, no man stands alone
Each man's joy is joy to me
Each man's grief is my own
We need one another, so I will defend
Each man as my brother
Each man as my friend

Says a lot doesn't it? Well, I've found out the hard way. I've been drifting in and out on this site for quite some time (mostly OUT lately)!! Letting "life" get in the way, becoming frustrated, or thinking I could figure things out on my own.

In short, being a part of this site means that I am NOT alone with my trials/tribulations, or in my quest to succeed in REI. No matter how long it's been since posting, participating, etc.; I know there will be someone in the DG Family that "has my back". ALL I have to do is ASK!!! I just have to make it a point to do so from now on. Being proud in this regard, has gotten me nowhere!! I too, have made some great acquaintances and friendships here; hoping that they last a lifetime!

Thanks Dean, for a great post and the wonderful "lifeline" we call the DG Family!!

Gathering like-minded individuals together around common issues, such as educational initiatives accomplish efforts impossible for a person going it alone. By recruiting the right team for the mission at hand, it is imperative to be around people who share similar values.

And You are able to plan, develop, and execute strategies that are vital to the overall mission but impossible to have done on his or her own.

You can see how you fit in to the larger picture of how God made you. It also demonstrates that you cannot have a hardworking organization without working hard yourselves.

The reason why like-minded people succeed together is because they bring a dynamic more unique than individuals ever can. There is power in unity and it has to do with attitude!

Nothing motivates me more than seeing folks like this, you have drive and determination. Their enthusiasm is infectious and I hope to catch it and ride higher. Yes I love it every time I read or watch your bloggs .I'm remminded how much bigger the me this is . I reminds me of what I read about Ford Motor Company he may not of had the answers he knew where to get them .So even though he only had 8th grade education he was very succesful . Now I know where to get my answers.Succes is in having this net work of like indavisuals to share are success .yYES IT BIGGER THEN I.Its a awsome network.Ya need check it out your selves .

It is very helpful to bounce questions and ideas off of other like minded people. There is so much negativity in our everyday lives so having other people who believe in the real estate and the opportunities it offers is great.

I think that says it all! Being part of this site has allowed me to dream better and bigger. It has given me hope, encouragement and the knowledge how to make it happen. Since being a part of DG I have completed a couple deals and have more in progress. I love Dean's enthusiasm. I look forward to his weekly blogs to give me that dose of postive encouragement. It has awaken the person inside of me who I knew I wanted to be.

There are times where it isn't easy and times where I have wanted to give up, but by believing and having faith and hearing those who are here and the encouragement allows me to pull up my boot straps and hit the road running.

There are those who tell me I am CRAZY, and I am not offended. I laugh and think to myself, Crazy like a fox, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I am happy and have the hunger to go further and surpass yesterday everyday. It has changed my life and I am greatful for it! :0)

The thing that I love most about you and your organization is all the opportunities that you give to everyone. I started with a 3 day seminar, then found DG.com, then joined the success academy, then went to the Edge and met you in person. No matter where you are in life, how much money you have, or whatever the situation is, you offer everyone the ability to succeed in Real Estate. You have changed my life forever helping me to close 7 wholesale deals, buy my first buy and hold, and I am waiting for my first rehab to sell!! Thank you Dean!!!

First timer! Dropped in to watch this video. Their enthusiasm is contagious! Hope things continue to build for them! I can see that with everyone working as a team, success is possible!!! Good work you are doing, DG!

Watching the video's is a great way to stay focused. Going though the steps outlined (not the easiest thing, put my first offer and got a contract. Working to sell it now.

Being a part of something bigger, helping others... it completes the puzzle. The naysayers, they're the wrong puzzle pieces for this part of your business/puzzle. You gotta find the right pieces, the new set of friends... not necessarily disregard the others, its just they don't fit in this section.

Its encouraging to be around like minded people. You bounce ideas back and forth, you help them solve a problem with a deal in a way that maybe they haven't thought of.

Seeing couples like here should just show you that it can be done...don't be scared, use the resources you have, the knowledge you've gained and apply it..the path has been set before you all you have to do is follow it, i.e. don't try to reinvent the wheel.

I recently got introduced to you quite strangely after attending a 3-day event hosted by another real-estate entity. I am currently methodically going through the videos and the forum on your site, and I am convinced that this is my appointed time to get in the water and be successful. Incidentally, you provide/present such wonderful amd meaty (I am a vegetarian) processes. I am equipping myself with all of your training and with your help, Mr. Graziosi, I know that I will succeed in Real Estate investing.
