I have to admit that watching your videos once in awhile starts a small fire and makes me feel like it's possible. But I'll also admit that day to day life drags me back to that harsh reality and it doesn't really seem like anything like this could happen to me.

When there is a group of people with the same goals and aspirations, you will never be alone. Anytime you feel like you can't do it, you can go here and chat with people who felt the same way. It boosts your spirit to have constant affirmation.

what it means is... A way of life. You see all these amazing human beings all with a positive enthusiastic mentality that will lead to modivation and inspiration to many. This site, this family changes lifes and it has done it for me.

Seeing that couple happy-smiling knowing that their lifes have changed is a one of a kind feeling.

when you think, visualize, and believe in abudance that it will happen then it will happen.

What does it mean to be a part of something bigger? Video;

What it means to me is: being a part of something bigger than me is very powerful. When people get together, more ideas; successfull or not, a person will learn something new; meet new connections; every person feels power to get through their difficulties in their search for property. Why wouldnt you want to be a part of something bigger than yourself, especially if it is something that is good; will help you, better yourself and others.

And to answer your question Dean, there is so much this site has done for us. After our free preview, the first thing we did was go home and become apart of your site. Whenever we need motivation or inspiration, we look here because its everywhere and exactly what we need as a "pick-me-up."

I have learned so much more about real estate when I had an open mind and surrounded myself with other investors. It does not only work for real estate investing but for life as well.

Did my first major rehab! Learned a lot and on target with current offer to make 25k. We took a daycare in foreclosure that had the tubs removed and replaced with toilets - Wall taken out between bedrooms barrier walls placed to keep little ones out... on and on. We put it all back together, replaced the garage doors - new roof - new kitchen - new appliances - new windows - new vinyl siding - new flooring - refinished hardwood in four rooms - moved w/d into home from garage. It turned out really nice! We received a great offer and we are on our way. Home is located in a nice neighborhood with fenced back yard and deck.
Closes 9-30-12.... let's do it AGAIN!

It's is important to set aside time to learn and research this topic, or any for that matter, and eventually you will master it, and not even realize it.

Since starting only 3 months ago, we have attended a 3 day workshop, started building a power team, and joined 3 local REI clubs. It has been great to meet like-minded people who are helpful and positive. We see clearly that it would be nearly impossible to do this alone without support. After looking for this video, I knew I made a wise choice again.
For the past 2 years I had been joined so many gurus' class. But I didn't try it.

Yesterday I just finished the 3 days work shop in the CA-LA area. When I was in the classroom, I decided not to joined any mentorship again, and thought this was the last class I attended. But after the 3 days work shop, I joined again. Because I loved the program, the sytem they offer and their enthusiasm and the guarantee.

After looking for this video, I am more excited. Thank you for Dean's and his associates' enthusiasm and generosity. I am sure I will be success in Dean's program.

This site has been so inspirational for me! I am continuing on to make constant progress. I am not a millionare yet, but i am moving forward, and nowher even close to where i started out. The weekly wisdoms are my favorite! They give me the boost i need each week. Everyone on here has been very positive and helpful. Dean, thanks so much for all of your inspiration. My brother and I have been members since May.

I was supposed to be at the event last week but unfortunately circumstances prevented that. My brother however was able to attend and he cannot stop talking about how exciting it was. He also told me first hand how your team of Mentors worked to ensure he left the event with assets in hand.

Dean, we have lived our lives as honest, good people and now we have all of the tools to live how we have envisioned. We can reach our goals and then some thanks to you and your outstanding team. You and all of your staff have been incredible to us and our knowledge base you have provided is fantastic.

We were plodding along and only a couple of weeks ago did we realize to make this work follow what you are told. So we are submitting offers everyday and will continue to ensure our vision of the future comes together. The 25-1 will be our Theme and our Mentors and PowerTeam members will be more excited minds to make us all greater and allow us to achieve our goals.

I cannot thank you enough and I know I speak for my brother as well. Dean you are the one person I want to meet (he has) in this world. I want some of what you got.....

At 79 youthful years, I am still optimistic about both the future, and my success in real estate. My past is like many others with many ups and downs personally and in business. Thank God for you and your weekly wisdom.

Read your books, absorbed lots of wonderful information, and wouldn't miss reading you blogs each week. All I have to say is if there are neigh sayers out there that don't believe in what we as individuals can accomplish with your tools, your genuine caring for both you students and your fellow man, then tough cookies. You are a great asset to us all. Keep up the good work, it is truly inspiring.

I too come from a meager background and have fought my way in life. I have had many years experience in the construction business and am more than willing to share any and all my wisdom as well with any one who is in need. In these twilight years, I feel more fulfilled as I'm sure are Dean with your efforts, to be able help someone with construction issues. All members are welcome to contact me if they wish.

I'm looking forward to the next live event that will be scheduled in our area. I attended the workshop after attending an introductory evening and must admit I was disappointed in the three day class. The leader received a few questions from what I assumed were some fairly knowledgable people with the interworkings of Real Estate. From that point on the leader lost me due to what I believe was upgrading his presentation, feeling that there were a higher level of knowledge in the room. He lost me and never seemed to return to a novice level. I left the three day feeling as though I had wasted my time. I have since been studying the materials through PMI and am anxious to begin working in the direction of doing my first deal. I have faith in you and your efforts but feel that perhaps there may be some of your leaders that may not share the same level of committment. Never give up on us we need your encouragement and enthusiasm.
