It sounds bad but thats why we're getting deals post sale (GSE's) at about 10%-35% ARV. We bought a HUD home recently, 3 BED 1 BTH for 4,500. Put about 8k into it and are renting it for 700. We had lines of credit and are putting it in Real Estate. We bought 9 in the last 24 months. We have high utilization so we're using Insiders Cash to refi some of these to replenish our capital.
