Dean - I would love for you to be my financial partner. I know I can find us some deals in my hometown of Elizabethtown, KY. I have access to our local MLS so I can search out the type of properties that you would want. Lately, I have been searching "short" in the "Private Remarks" section. This is giving me the listing of all the short sales. There are some terrific deals to be made but would take a little time to develop since they have to be approved by the lender. I recently found a house and told a local invester about it; he only paid me $100 for finding it but he made a bundle. The house was bought for $63,000; he fixed it up for $20,000. So he had $83,000 in it and sold it for $130,000. So he made a $47,000 profit on the property that I found. I made $100. I have the knowledge and skills to renovate properties and rent them, but I don't have the capital to make the deal. I would truely appreciate if you would venture to do one deal together. I know that I can make us both money.
