I just want to add a little additional information to the Wynnefield Heights section of Philadelphia. This neighborhood also sustains a huge level of duplexes in the area along with traditional stone brick homes. This neighborhood also is very close to Saint Joseph's University and Philadelphia College of Medicine (PCOM)along with having many business buildings that are occupied. Also, public transportation is basically right at your door step to get to different parts of the city. This section is also minutes to downtown area when visiting the historic sites. Has many shops/restaurants that is in walking distance. This part of the city is one of the most closest to a lot of the destinations that you want to get to within other parts of the city and counties. This neighborhood is also considered a historic site (Woodside Park).Very nice neighborhood to live in.
