I live in the country between Melbourne Fl and Saint Cloud FL. This is about 30 miles south and east of Orlando.

Unemployment 2011 was greater than 11%. Closing of the Space Shuttle program was a major contributor to this.

Unemployment now is 9 - 10%.

3. What is the current average cost of 3 bedroom houses in your area?

We focus on two areas which are communities next to each other in our area.

Average Selling Price in Melbourne is $ 105,609.
Average Selling Price in Palm Bay is $ 77,431.

Both areas show great opportunities for Rental.
