2. Temecula’s October 2012 non-seasonally adjusted jobless rate was 8.2 percent, down from a year ago when the rate was 9.3 percent.

3. $180,000 (Up about 13% from a year ago)

4. $1,500 (Seems to have leveled off if not backed off just a little, apartment rents have come down a tad, may just be seasonal. Rental market is not over saturated).

5. $3,300 (Tax Rate is 1.1% of purchase price, there is a typical 7,000 exemption, and included in the property tax bill are assessments totaling about .75% of purchase price).

6. Avg DOM is somewhere between 30 and nil. Going like hot cakes right now. MLS listings typically have a status of: pending, back up offer, or contingent. Retail offers are being out bid by cash investors.

Akron is coming back and 2013 will be great for this city. Akron is located in Summit County which is a county surrounded by oil rigs. In addition there are two multi-million projects breaking ground in the University Park area which will turn around the University area and Downtown Akron. People are working and businesses will thrive this year in this area. Akron and its surrounding areas is a great place to raise families and the faith communities are very active as well in improving the community.
