Great refresher course on negotiations. Deals are made or lost all according to your method of negotiating. If you P*ss off a seller, you lose the deal. Make the seller happy, you made the deal. It's pretty much that simple. The rest is all about the numbers.

This reminded me of a guy selling all of his appliances- only 1 yr old. I didn't need them, but offered him $500 for a washer dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. I didn't care if he said no, but he wanted them out of his house and said yes.
Now if I could just apply that houses!! Thanks guys!

ARV of 84K. I found myself feeling the excitement as Matt was at the white board.

I had one I made but I was missing a couple of incidentals like how did you hear about us? and asking THEM how much I repairs has to be accomplished? That is a great way to work into the lower price and the seller realizes it.
