I love the lead sheet! Its has helped me ALOT with my bandit sign deals. Great reminder that I gotta do more creative marketing because it has brought me my best deals! I'm setting a few goals to post more CL ads and keep sending out mailer and hanging bandit signs. You guys ROCK, thanks for the inspiration!

Whoa! ! ! You two are awesome.

I don't mind the lengthy video at all especially when it has such good content. Learning to negotiate is just what I need. I am so sorry. It looks like I won't make it to the EDGE this year unless a miracle happens. I don't have any wealthy family members to pass and leave me a windfall. It is sad because there is no place I would rather be. I am faced with a number of obstacles that all require money to resolve. That said, the only thing I can do is keeping working towards the deals that I know are in my future. Thank you for being there.

Repair Cost!!!

Hey everyone a tip from personal experience,
I Just moved from NY to San Antonio and I found myself over pricing the repairs because I still had a NY state of mind. So I set up a meeting with a local Contractor that was recommended from The local REIA and we met in a house that basically needed to be torn down. He gave me the price for EVERYTHING!! now I see I was WAYYYYY off on the repair costs.
If you might be presenting very low offers and they are NOT getting excepted but you see the house still sells I recommend doing this to make sure your numbers are correct!

i went to boot on the ground 7 months ago i payed a little more to get a coach and have yet to get a deal to closing. i look at you and matt on many weekly wisdoms and wonder what i'm missing. my coach tells me i'm on the right path but i'm not sure. i get motivated after hearing you, but i have not hit the mark. i see all the others that took your program looking like they are moving on. i want to also, if you ever answer a student personally drop me a line and let me know what i maybe doing wrong.

Love the Training

I did the training from Novi in November, class in East Lansing Mi., and bought a house at the end of December, getting ready to put it up for rent in the next couple weeks. Love Deans Training. I cant tell you how great this training is and how easy this is.

Another golden nugget! Most of the negotiating is physiologic. I can agree with you. When speaking to a homeowner, sometimes you must tune yourself to speak their language. Some may talk fast, some may talk slow....some may just WANT to talk. One must be able to read the other person by phone. Listening goes a long way. Keep up with the great work with the weekly wisdom message. We look forward to hearing them!

I am using the lead sheet now with a vengeance, I have been but now am really beginning to talk down sellers to get a killer price. Before I wasn't really using the phrase about foreclosures since they are going down in san diego but you said to keep saying that so I am now. Cool
