Hi Dean, I am ready to invest in Set for Life, but, I need to know if the program is able to work in the Canadian Market. I've been following your set for life. I am eager to get started but you (PRICE/COST)just thew me under the bus. I am just like so many people who live on fixed incomes. yes I could manage smaller amounts until we did our first deal then could gladly pay it off. but no we were just tost a side. I told my problems I know I'm just one person but I have been waiting for this. I have bought all of your books but I had some very bad problems death's & surgery all of which I have succeded at and met my goals. I am very proud of myself for doing them. Then you came out with this "Set for Life" system and it got my hopes up and made me happy that someone like you care about us little people that was stuck and he was going to help us. I attend Greg Clemons webenar but for sim's 2.0 but I saw you as some much better than he in my appinion. You are so much more down to earth. I guess that I saw something different in you. Gregs Sim's 2.0 was great but he had different packages for different people so the could choose. But right after that you said you where coming out with the set for life and it was much better and could help everyone. Yes but we asked was it a waist of our time if we could not afford it! Why didn't you consider us maybe with smaller payments for longer time??? Greg is having a webenbar for Real Estate Investors this Saturday 8/21/10 at 1:00pm est and it only cost $ 1.00 for 30 day trial then $97.00 per month.Why can work something like that and not you??? You could of helped alot more people (like me). These kind of terms I could really do. Then paid all of with the first deal. once you see you can do then you can do it again and again. it's just that 1st deal. I know times are hard for every one and this is why we waited to buy it from Dean. Greg wanted 2k just for his system and thats all you received.

With Dean we received the 2010 Edge event on CDs plus the VIP footage and work book. That alone would cost $597.00 We received set for life system and so many more items all for less than $1500.00 Plus Dean was offering 60% off the 2011 Live Edge Event.

That is a lot of stuff. We did not have the cash on Tuesday to pay cash so we put it on a credit card that we will make low payments on till we start cash flowing more money from this set for life program.

Dean has offered a lot of help to us over the years some free information, books and programs that cost more money than we could aford at the time. The time was right for us on the set for life but we missed out on other good programs from Dean in the past.

Me and the Wife have been really excited to get started with Dean's SET FOR LIFE system. We signed up for it as soon as the site went active, Tuesday night. It's Saturday now and I am chomping at the bit waiting for the E-Mail stating that our automation is setup and to see all that Dean is offering with the complete system. Hopefully, it will be available soon to us so we too can be "Set For Life"!!!

Does anyone know when we might receive our SFL System? They have not charged my card yet so I'm thinking it has not shipped yet. I was praying it would be here before I have to go back to work.

Forgot to ask also if anyone has gotten their smart automation set up yet. Mine is still not set up yet when I click on it.

Dean I would like to say that I am sorry for sounding off when I wrote on the page the other day.I know that you are a good person and you have been trying to help everyone with you up lifting e-mail to keep us motivated. You have done that for me and so much more you have given me a family (DG) to talk with & listen to. I thank you very much for that. I am along my father & my husband both passed away. I am alone my kids got their families and far away from me. I had no one then my sister & her husband took me in. They both work so I'm alone alot. You gave me home with your books & the Set for Life system.You kept me going. I have very little left after I pay my bills but If your payments was around $100 for $125 per month I could do. I have no one to borrow from nor credit cards. I DO HAVE THE WILL AND TIME TO DO THIS BUT NO ONE TO GIVE ME THAT CHANCE. Please concider some of us that have been with you but just needed that push or helping hand. I'm really begging you. You said many time if we don't do this to day what I we going to do with the rest of our lives. I'm sorry I couldn't be part of the SFL program this time around. Although I do agree the SFL package, at present deal price, is justified considering all that you get, but is still just a bit out of reach for me. I want to thank you for a new tool that You've provided to me for free for a year, the "Total View" and all the bust @$$ work and hours you and your staff have put in for us. I appreciate all e-mails and encouragement, weekly blogs, advise and the FREE DG site that I will continue to use well beyond my 100th deal. Carol had just the book and peanut butter and jelly and got it done, Mat only had the BAREM book as the last two hadn't been written yet, And got it done. So I will continue to work out of the books while staying updated through the site.

Okay, I feel about as miserable as I did when I couldn’t scrape up enough money to attend the EDGE 2010 event. The EDGE 2009 event had already taken place when I received my books and got started reading. When the opportunity came to get the EDGE 2009 Home Study Course, I did what I had to do to get it because I felt like it would be a very important investment. Although I had to skip a car payment and something else, I got it, I own it, I can look at it and read the workbook whenever I want, and I have never regretted a second of that decision. I’m quite proud of that acquisition. Shortly after that, I was given the opportunity to join the Success Academy and I did that too. I wasn’t even finished reading and studying the three books I had just received and now I had the incredible amount of information contained in the courses to read and study. I was set and very excited about what I was going to learn from your books, the Edge home study course, and now the Success Academy. I didn’t know which to focus on so I went through a period of feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about which was the best way to eat this elephant. I decided that the books should be first bite since they were “Dean Graziosi ” in my mind. The wisdom and experience you had collected over twenty years of real estate investing were in black and white and in front of me. They were all ready for me to read, study, re-read and begin my exciting new life as a real estate investor, not just any real estate investor, but one trained by Dean Graziosi himself, through the learning tools I had immersed myself in. I couldn’t contain my excitement and found myself beginning the EDGE home study course. Wow, another amazing tool for me to use to make myself into a full grown real estate investor. As one might expect from what I had already done with regard to deepening my education, when I was welcomed into the Success Academy I spent a great deal of time there, often running into late nights, studying the courses available to me now. At the same time, I was trying to work my way through the information-packed Probate Resource Center, which included customizing and personalizing a very nice website. Also, that included setting up an 800 number with ten extensions and assigning each one to a piece of the sift, sort and screen concept that you teach. I couldn’t afford studio help with it so in doing it myself, I learned that reading and recording a script is not as easy as it might seem. Over and over and over again I tried to get it to sound like I at least had the intelligence to operate a telephone. I think the jury is still out on that one. The studio recorded Standard Greeting was very nicely done and the cautionary statement was clear that if I accidentally deleted it, it would be gone forever. I probably don’t need to say what happened… yes, I accidentally deleted it during a very productive session of recording and set-up of Q&A extensions. A quick slip of a finger and it was gone. I know you’ve said it before but I, like so many others, can attest to the indisputable fact that you do over-deliver. There is one serious bunch of information contained in the tools I have at this point. When I started receiving the e-mails about the empowering conversations, I had to accept that I just was not going to have them in my library of real estate investing resources. Then comes the Set For Life System. I want it and I was looking forward to having the singularly most useful and valuable tool available in the REI world today. You have taught us that, at any given time, we may have to take something off the shelf in order to make room for something else that promises to be a more helpful, more useful and more valuable tool. Unfortunately, if I remove anything from the shelf, I'll just have empty spaces. That's me standing on the shore. Balancing a stack of books, CD's, and roughly 3 reams of paper upon which the results of my studies to date are printed... I am forced to watch in despair and utter disbelief as my ship carrying my SFL System sails away.

I must say Dean, your enthusiasm is infectious. Due to all the emails and videos you provided leading up to the introduction of the Set for Life System, I sustained an elevated level of excitement and anticipation. It’s evident that you possess more than a desire to help your students succeed. The evening of the conference call you expressed it as a passion. That’s what I heard and it’s certainly what I felt…..until you started the close.

Earlier this year, with zeal and my wife cautious approval, I redirected family funds and committed myself to the REI teachings of another late night commercial RE investor. Within weeks I became dissatisfied with the level and structure of the training but had no choice other than to continue. You see, I had become unemployed prior to this outlay.

Then late one sleepless evening as I weighed my options, an infomercial with this kid named Dean Grazi-something caught my attention. There was no way he knew what I was feeling. So, as I grabbed the remote to change this “BS”, it felt as though he reached through my TV, slapped me upside the head and offered me two books for the cost of shipping. “Say what?” My initial thought was that one of us must be on drugs. It did feel as if he was talking to me and he made sense. He also knew I was broke and couldn’t afford the large upfront pay out of funds every other REI training program required. What the heck, I called to order and realized 1) drugs were not involved, 2) the kid on my TV was honest, 3) I was going to have to learn that kids his last name, and 4) that kid isn’t a kid.

Because of those two books, I talked a friend in joining me and we scraped, sold and borrowed, including me canceling the other REI contract and losing all monies therein which angered my wife, in order to enroll into Dean’s Real Estate Success Academy. Due to past experiences and prior to signing, we specifically asked if we were going to be surprised in the near months ahead when an advanced or better training package would be offered at additional costs. It was explained then that we were paying for the best available and there would be no need for additional training to start our REI business. Fair enough and we faithfully signed on. Have you ever heard that a spin on the truth is not itself a lie?

That night of the conference call it seemed as if we had been kicked in the ribs. Had we waited a few months we could have bought this better deal, for less, and without the financial hardship. We feel deceived and saddened that a perceived fallacy has now become a truth. EVERYONE, and anyone, who offers you the chance to reach your dreams will only do so if you have the funds upfront to pay for it. We get it. Yes, we are disappointed but we will continue with what now seems like outdated mediocre training material in the Education Center through DRESA. Better than nothing. Right!! Others did it with less, we can do this. Trying to stay positive. But dude??

Dean, you have created an awesome new system that will help some to get things going. I commend you on your hard work, dedication and thoughtfulness. You are appreciated for all the resources and guidance you do provide, affordable or not. My partner and I can only hope that we’ll be able to afford the Set for Life System before it too becomes mediocre and outdated. Idea: Relax for a while, no new product for, say 6 months. Allow the rest of us to catch up. Just an idea.

That, which does not kill us, only makes us stronger. What are a few cracked ribs amongst friends?

Guess I should have paid better attention. I just read an email telling me the SFL System ends in about 2 hrs, AZ time. Let's see, nope, the tree is bare, nothing came out, and no time to sell the kid.

Oh well, no problem. Talk about motivation!!

To those who bought the system, my hat is off to you and congratulations. You should be proud of your investment. I would be.

But, how's it going to look when the rest of us reach our financial goals without SFL. No more wasting time, it's on!! It's old school basics.

Is your Set For Life system ever going to be available again? I've been looking at the openroad3x material which I think is what your SFL system is, but I'd rather purchase it from you. Thanks in advance for your answer!
