I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I live in the Ocean Beach area of San Diego. I am also a newbie to real estate investing, but I am very excited to get the ball rolling. I have recently joined DG, and I am a SFL member. I am looking at moving into this pretty quickly. It seems that a lot of people are afraid to invest in So Cal because this area was pretty much ground zero for the housing crash. The way I see it, is there is a lot of opportunities waiting to be seized. I am looking forward to talking with you all, and collaborating on this REI journey.

Newbie San Diego Investor

I am a new DG Investor and I am looking for newbie advice. Specifically:
Is there a good REI club to join located in the Central San Diego area and when/where do they meet?
Does anyone have an idea of where to find RE Auctions?

We're very new to this but have met the challenge head on so far. We're looking for advice from seasoned professionals who don't mind guiding us through the first deal. We've done all the legwork, set up a company, posted ads, got the 800 number, Business Cards, and the signs have been ordered. We also purchased the Prop Stream software available through Dean.

We need help in understanding the software and what it all means as the information is overwhelming to a beginner.

Brand new REO tapes available (various states)

Hello everyone.

I am in San Diego, CA. I can provide clean REO tapes for investors. I have the relationship with the asset managers and asset disposition companies for banks directly. These are clean tapes of properties that HAVE NOT hit the market yet via MLS or any other agents.

I currently live in French Valley(Temecula)CA. I am on page 177 of "Profit from Real Estate Right Now". My plan is to locate some areas in South San Diego and Central San Diego like Kerney Mesa and Miramar. However, I am not stuck on those areas. I can offer my time and I am a quick learner.
