Hi, I am curious to know who lives the closest to me i live in West Virginia. I am willing to make a deal. I will personally pay you 5,000 to be my closest business partner for one time or ongoing. OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't been online until now, I have had 13 responses and haven't called anyone back as of yet. I have been busy with my kids today, the park, eating out, visited some friends and now i am finally home. I was so surprised to have so many emails and private messages. It is all based on the sale of my home. Yes i have found and picked one knowlegeable person that is only a few hours away from me and i am so anxious to sell. I won't mention any names due to maybe this person doesn't want to be exposed but if the person speaks up ,so be it. But for now i must have respect. I am looking for ways to sell my house quickly and still profit. What do you all think about me calling some ads like we all talk about. Sell your house fast for cash? I have alot of equity in my home and if or when i contact them, I am going to have them come out and give me there best offer. But not say B/O to them. Cindy.

I looked at the link you gave me for the listing of your house. It's very beautiful. What other sources of advertising are you currently using? Remember to consider all the different tools that have been discussed in the forums. I know you are a loyal member of the site , so you have already gained and given a lot of knowledgeable information.
Do you have someone yet that you are working with as a result of your $5,000 offer?
Cindy, how soon is your loan due? If it is very near, you may want to consider renewing while you are trying to sell your house in the meantime.
When is your current listing with your realtor up?

I have had alot of problems with my realtor, so i fired then yesterday and am considering doing it on my own to by pass paying the realtor, If i do relist with someone else it will be with someone that has alot of exp this time. I am going to also think about the lease purchase that i have been talking about on this post above. Yes about the 5,000 offer i also posted several on that too. Hi Cindy,
I've sold two houses without Realtors, and I've sold three with them, I'd suggest going without one first. You'll save money and honestly all they really do is list it on MLS and have an open house or two. First advertise it on craigslist and backpage in your area. They're both FREE! Then find a listing service that charges a flat rate ($399) to list it on MLS. Another great method that's really hot is to make a video recording of the inside and outside of the house (like a virtual tour) and put it on youtube. My space is also another FREE place to advertise it. Investors in your area should have a club that you can attend for $20 or more, an hour or so before they start the meeting, you can advertise a house or services to other investors. You might think it's silly, but put a FSBO sign out in front of the house too, I always got tenants on my rental using that method and I never paid a cent for advertising! Try all the free methods first, then pay for a listing service if you don't have any luck. Also, call all the we buy houses guys, even home vestors in your area, I sold my last house to them for the price I wanted and I made $17k for assigning it to them! I would be happy to help you in any other way, I have lots of knowledge, information, ideas, strategies and more if you need it.
