Thanks again Dean!!!! I like the videos as a complement to all of the text articles on the website. It is always great to hear new strategies or other ways to look at things. It shows the duality of all things, what looked like junk land to most was a profit maker for you. I am currently absorbing as much information as I can from your book and the website and am currently looking at a few deals myself. Thanks again.
I'm just about done reading Dean's book, BE A REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE and looking forward for my first deal.
My question is as a 3rd party (RE investor) in a sale transaction who pays the finders fee...the seller or the potential buyer. I take it that this provision should be annotated on the contract agreement by whom seller/buyer and the investor receives a check at the closing of the deal.
Is 2.5% a normal finders fee..not sure
Hale... use the forums to discuss that in the right topic. Finder fees are paid by buyers unless you work a deal out with the seller from the get go. Finder fees and reassigns are two different things in practice, but are virtually the same in concept. Go read up on those in the forums.
Great Video...........inspiring and gave me an idea I had not thought of. I have seen many properties out there just like this in my area and never thought about the idea that you could be helping someone in a bad situation.
It opens up a whole new world of possibilities for you now. It gives you a reason to pursue it diligently and with conviction. That was the turning point for me too, when I heard I could help someone out of a desperate situation with my specialized knowledge a lightbulb turned on and that's the reason I'm back in the saddle again.
God bless,
Elena
This video should help us all realize one thing: SOMEONE out there is waiting for SOMEONE else to provide the answer/soulution to their problem.
Why should you and I not be that "someone"?
Thanks, Dean!
