I wanted to give you a quick update on my new book, Your Town Your Real Estate Profits - We had a few delays, but the books are done and I really think it is my best book yet. I can't wait for you all to read it and most of all, apply the techniques and make some money;-))

As you guys all know, Dean wants to help every one of our students and ensure that they succeed and have the tools, knowledge and capabilities to take real estate to the highest level they want. Dean and the Team wishes you all a Happy New Year! We hope 2010 is a great year for each of you and that you continue to fulfill your goals and dreams.
If you haven't done so already, now is a perfect time to make your resolutions for 2010; and not just come up with the "what", but the "how" for you to meet those goals. If you haven't watched this week's blog, Dean shares some of his insight on resolutions so be sure to check it out.
We hope everyone has a wonderful night tonight, and above all celebrate safely!

A Letter To Myself

I needed to express on paper how I was feeling, where I wanted to go in life, and what my goals were for the new year. I have decided to share that letter on this site, although, I won't be including my personal goals. I mailed the letter and I knew I would get it in a few days. I would recommend you write yourself a letter as well. It is amazingly powerful. Sometimes the truth hurts...
