Am at the IE party in Scottsdale, AZ. Had a blast today with our Team #13 with Tammy Reoche as a ringleader. What more do you want. Weather is great, people are great, collecting lots of business cards for networking, learning new things to do (I mean really do on the spot) and creating confidence as we are going along. Off to the dinner party. It's so cool to meet our stars in person. They are so nice and so willing to share RE nuggets. Folks try to be here next year. It is so worth it!

Thanks so much to the DG family, here and Insider Elite. My first wholesale deal closed today and got $10,000 CASH! Finally put my head down and sure enough in 60 days a deal done. I have another deal that will close by the end of the month (a HUD house) and another wholesale deal with contracts signed, so That's 3 deals for April.

I'm new to the site and REI. I spent a good day and a half reading several other members posts and journal entries and was so inspired and moved by many of them. But, I was still a little hesitant about beginning a journal of my own...that was until this evening.

See, earlier in the day I read something that stuck with me. It was about 'being afraid and doing it anyway' (one of Carol's posts). Like I said...it stuck with me. So when I saw that this evenings devotion was entitled, "Do It Afraid!" (Joyce Meyer: Ending Your Day Right) well that was enough confirmation for me. Nope! Not a coincidence.

Yahoo! I closed one of my wholesale deals yesterday in New York/Long Island and genrated 15,000! I am posting to let everyone that in New York,IT WORKS HERE! Love this site and the inspiration it gives me.
