I was begining to think that I was the only one in my slow pace to success. I see from the results of this survey that many of us are learning from Dean's great books... we are motivated and determined...but it just hasn't happened yet. I am happy for all who are making money through Dean's instructions, but I am also happy to see that I am not a failure just becsuse it is taking me some time to get there.

Book experience
I have read all books and have applied some of the techniques with mixed results. Determination is the key to success, so I will ever get fully discouraged with failures. You learn an extreme amount of information from mistakes. I have refinanced at great rates rental properties I have now, so the future looks great! Good Deals are everywhere.

Required Reading
Reading the books is one thing but actually applying techniques is another. My first deal is hinging on getting past the property manager? I applied the letter from Dean;s Think A Little Different course and got an immediate response! I need help to close! The techniques work! Apply them and by all means TAKE ACTION !!!
Oh, the property owner keeps passing me off to the property manager - I ave all the info and then some - so I am ready to make an offer of some sort - So I'm reading more to find a technique to close. I'm more than willing to entertain more idea's.
