I am going to put a value on this book of $4,500 because that is the minimum price of attending some other Real Estate Investment Courses. The value is actually higher than $4,500 because I did not pay for only one Live training class I bought a package of 2 Live classes and Real Estate Success Software. There were also travel costs to attend the live training. And the was a cost for three day live class to be shown the package deals! Now don't get me wrong that the other company's training program was overpriced, or undervalued they had a value to them as well. I have learned what it really means to Invest in Real Estate and what you can actually earn from Real Estate Invsting is more valuable than money.

But.....

Here is the KILLER DEAL!!!!!!. $30 dollars to Have Deans book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" shipped to your door. Study the Material at your pace and enjoy all of the resources his book, website, and 1-800 numbers provide, remember you CAN learn at your pace. Begin taking action and you will have results. I HAVE

Here is the other "deal". Attend a 2 hour seminar pay $500 to attend a 3 day Real Estate Investing Course. Have your brain melted by being shown all of the many amazing ways to make money in real estate. Then be prepared to spend $9,000 to learn two techniques. attend the advanced classes and learn ALOT in 3 days. Come home take action and try to make money. I haven't

Here is the contrast between the KILLER DEAL!!!! and the "deal". Dean's Book is Almost PAGE FOR PAGE what I learned from Live Wholesale Investing training. I have to say almost because in reality his book has more detail in it. When I came back home from Live training I was pumped and excited to Assign some deals. I learned a great amount and I applied all of it. My Business Partner and I have had three properties Under Contract but never an assignment of contract. It seemed as we went on we always had more questions come up and when we would refer back to our training manual and notes and we didn't have any answers. And where I live there are not that many people doing assignments of contract and it took awhile until we found people who could help us understand the process better.

We got Burnt out on the advertising costs, amount of phone calls, and lack of enthusiasm from a few Realtors. We took a break for awhile. I came across Dean's book through his website. I know Matt Larson personally and he had mentioned Dean before so I had a little more Faith in Dean's Products.

I ordered the book and recieved it on March 17th I finished reading the book on March 29th. The minute I read the disclaimer I knew something was different about his book. It took me 12 days to finish because after all the chapters I took action!! I have a 1-800 number setup with a recorded message to sift, sort, and screen potential deals. I am working on my website, I have put out my bandit signs, I have car magnet signs, business cards, meeting a motivated realtor, and have already contacted some potential deals. I have been able to get this all accomplished while working a full time job because I learned so many little extra nuggets of gold from Dean's book compared to my previous training that I have the utmost confidence I am going to be a successful Real Estate Investor.

You do NOT need to spend as much money, effort or TIME trying to learn a proven NO MONEY DOWN system from other company's training courses.

Go with Dean Graziosi and Matt Larson. Their techniques in this book will be all you need to learn a no bull way to start making money in Real Estate with out any of your own money. Their Book will cover all the details you need to know to make no money down deals in Real Estate. If you have questions go to his website. He tells you the URL address in his book related to every topic in every chapter. I have not found another website or book with as much valuable resource as his. I bought 3 more copies to give to my Parents, Brother and Sister.

You are so right about the book. I myself have had a ton of live training plus other take home courses. Deans book is "the recipe for success". I have my toll free line set up and already placed some ads from the suggested resources. (website also set up)
Got a deal that I am working on before I even finished reading the book.

This works when you work it. The book is an easy read and one just need to re-read it each step of the way.
This information is invaluable.

Great info about comparing one to another, Really great post!
The PFRRN (Profit From Real Estate Right Now)is a incredible book
dealing with the current market... for RE investers!
I am going to quote;Dean Graziosi from PFRRN {Even though i was deeply

I agree. Dean's book gives a wealth of information. I believe Dean really wants you to succeed. I believe if you apply the materials in his book(s) you will find success. One part is studying and one part is doing.

Even Dean says in his book, "while you are out there in the real world 'doing it' you will learn so much more than anything I can share with you in a book."

And, "...you already have everything you need to get started, I promise you. If you feel a little nervous than read the book again. But I promise that getting started and getting out there is the best way to change your life and become a successful real estate investor." --DG

I may also suggest make sure you get any terms clarified. The biggest barrier to studying anything are the words related to the subject. Make sure you get any words defined that you do not know the definition of.

Just got my book

Just got my new book and can't wait to get started. I want to be one of Dean's next success stories. I think I'm one of his greatest challenges. Zero money (I'm actually in the red in my checking account), horrible credit, single dad with not nearly enough hours in the day to work fulltime and do all my kids' activities every day. With all those negatives the positives still outweigh them. #1. My kids deserve a better life. Thier unconditional love keeps me going. #2. I believe in Dean and more important I believe in myself. It may take me a little longer to achieve financial freedom than some others here, but whether it's starting as a birddog, or going double closes, I WILL succeed. Thank you all for keeping me motivated when I face rejection.

Greatest Challenge ...

Hey there! We're actually in the same boat. I too am a single parent - but I think that just means that we have to pull everything we have from the tips of our toes to make this work. I can so relate to not having enough hours in the day. Though I only have one child (daughter), she's starting high school this year, and I know that's going to require my absolute involvment. I don't want to miss anything.

So, WE can do this! We MUST do this! I look forward to hearing more from you as the days progress. I've already committed to taking time this weekend to start my journal ... FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!!

I did not expect to get such an awesome response to my review. It's been really cool to know that on this website there are so many people here that have different backgrounds and challenges to overcome with Investing. I love the support everyone contributes.

I want to start another thread for beginning Investors who have only read a few books and are or have currently read "Profit From Real Estae Right Now". I feel because I attended the 3 day live training course I was able to understand the contracts and ideas behind doing Assignment of Contracts. I know that in a few short weeks I will have my first deal done I have been trying for almost one year in my hometown of Davenport, IA.

I'm a single Mom with four teenagers still at home, 3/4 student and will be unemployed as of April 15th. I am on Spring break and just took the hours that would be school time and put it into this.

It's great! My kids are behind me although other family members and friends are not. I come to the website every morning to get pumped up with positive reinforcement.

I am currently readng my second book I received with the first.

I am a strong willed woman and I know I can do this.Of course I have had the nay sayers along the way. But I don't see them out trying to make changes. I stopped watching all the negative news months ago. I know enough of what's going on to not have to watch all that negative information... who needs that.

I love the site and I'm sure I will use the site sooo much for the loads of information that you all share. It's like a whole new family to me. Like most of you, I am also a single parent, and there have also been negativity thrown my way. I have adopted a new lifestyle. Negative people will not know what I am doing. I have also been doing less talking to those to want to keep me on the phone with senseless conversation and who have no intentions of improving their lives.
