My realtor told me you can't make more than one offer at a time
I am interested in making mulitiple symultaneous offers and am told that you "can't do that". I know that the 25/1 system requires this...am I missing something?
a new Realtor. This person isn't for you. Granted, s/he may work for a broker that doesn't want to have to look over 25 new offers per day and sign off on them, and that could be the problem. Find someone else. Sometimes newbie Realtors are hungry enough, but again, it depends on their owner/broker.
You need to find a new realtor if you want the 25 to 1 to work for you. You seem to have a LAZY agent.... NEXT!

Do you mean that if you have a client looking to buy a home and he want's to offer on two properties the same day you will tell him no? He can only offer on one per day?
