on the giant leap!! I'm right there with you! First week I put in a handful of offers, second week upped to 12 offers, and this week is the 3rd week and as of tomorrow, I'll have 21 offers so far this week go out. Starting to hear back a bit. No major bite yet but definitely some interest...some of these houses have been setting there so long...they are glad to get something in!
Yes, constant knots in the stomach...get used to it!

I acutally just put in 16 more offers last night and I had two FSBO's call me today. One wants to sell her house because she wants a new house. Two deals with one customer possibly! I have to do more research!
